The light socket I ordered for my fridge was delivered in reasonable time, was a reasonable price, and the part fixed the issue.

I received the parts in a timely manner and was able to install them fairly easily. The packing was good and the parts arrived intact.

I ordered a part for my stove and received the correct part quickly. Thank you and I will continue to order my parts from Partselect.

The part was the right part it was sent the next day that I ordered it. The problem was with the delivery company it took two weeks to be deliver to my door.

The shipping was quick but, the parts were rather pricey but, that's normal. The important thing was that Mom's dryer is working again.

Everything was great except the shipping cost. The shipping cost was as much as the parts. I don't understand why it don't go by the weight?

Convenient way to get a hard to get part. It take a long time to get but at least when it arrived it worked.

Parts select made the ordering of the part easy. The only issue I had is that there are 2 very similar version of the dishwaher rack. The only different is the large white wheels which I needed. I used the rack I ordered but took the wheels off my existing rack and it worked!

Ordered 2 seals, arrived fast and were correct for my application. Website features helpful instructional videos for do-it-yourselfers. Only complaint was high shipping costs... otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Broke the handle for the oven on my Kenmore stove. Part seemed very pricey, and delivery took several weeks, but it's a 30yr old oven. The part arrived, it was an exact duplicate of the original, and that was great.

The only drawback: after the purchase of the handle, I received an offer to purchase 2 attaching screws to replace the originals. This would have added $26 to the cost, so I refused. Then, when the oven handle arrived, there were new screws included. So, there was no need for an offer to purchase these replacement screws when they were already included with the replacement oven handle.

I'm pretty sure the replacement screws were not specified in the description of the replacement handle, so this could be a simple mistake. And I just might be the only person ordering this type of part for many years, so it might not be worth it to 'fix the problem.' I just wanted to make you aware of what happened.

This site had manuals that we used to find the correct part. We also were able to find the part and order it. The part came in and my dryer is fixed.

GE parts were out of stock at the GE website so PatsSelect came through but were 20% more expensive than what would have been from GE.

I needed an oven burner igniter for a Samsung stove and it was easy to find the right part, it was shipped quickly and it was easy to install. The stove was back up and running in under an hour.

I went online and put in the make & model of my refrigerator. I looked up the door gaskets and the Door mullion. I received them and put them in with No problem. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was one of the gaskets was a different color. I don't remember seeing an option for the color, since one was correct and the other not. No harm, it's inside the refrigerator and not really noticeable.

My Gibson dryer wouldn't tumble. I have repaired problems with this dryer before so it wasn't a big deal to pull it apart and diagnose the problem. The metal bearing was pretty worn and the grease had turned to coke. The front wear strip had worn down and lost its plastic strips. The drive belt had snapped, but I had a spare from the last time I worked on it. Our local appliance dealer almost never has the parts I need for my stuff so I decided to use an online service. PartSelect has a good website with lots of how-to vids and all that and recommended parts for your appliance model AND good prices. That is the good part. They also claim quick service with 30 warehouses throughout the country and an average of around 2 days shipping. I live in northeast PA and figured they have a warehouse somewhere in the east like PA or NY or NJ so I bought the parts. And they shipped from Utah. 5 business days later I had the parts and they fit perfectly and I am happy with the repair. The long shipping time wasn't a big deal, we didn't have a dryer for a week, big whoop. Overall, I am pleased with the experience and will use PartSelect again for the next appliance that goes on the fritz.

My part was originally out of stock (and it was very clear that was the case). I ordered it anyway and it took about 5 days to be back in stock (not unreasonable). My part was sent via. Fedex on 11/15 from Louisville, KY to Lockport, NY (USPS would take 2-3 days to send anything). This part weighs maybe 1 ounce at the most not to be misunderstood as an oversize package... Today is day 14 and according to tracking, my package will be delivered in 3 more days. This is unacceptable.

This is a great company for finding hard to find parts. My Maytags would be gone if not for this company.

I needed a few parts for an LG range and this website made it so easy to not only find what i was looking for but also, great prices. Both pieces (switched board and an electrical cable) came out cheaper than the price a contractor was giving me. My only suggestion? You need to know what you are looking for, and you need to know the exact model #. Especially if like me, you are unsure of what is causing the problem. Both items fit perfectly on the range and it is working as it should.

I was very pleased with PartSelect in every way with the exception of shipping. Granted there are some issues with shipping due to the whole COVID issue. However, normal average delivery for this part is quoted as 1.8 days. When I ordered and the tracking #'s came through it was 12 days. Ended up actually being 9. My frustration, and this is a FedEx issue, although PS chose FedEx, is the parts shipped from Louisville, KY, 2.5 hrs from my house. They went to Greenwood, IN, 1 hr from my house. Then to Chicago, 4.5 hrs. Then to Indianapolis, 1 hr (Greenwood is like 10 min South of Indy). Then to Champaign, IL. Then to Indianapolis again. Then to Terre Haute, IN, 15 mi from my house. To Brazil, IN.

If I'd known this awesome shipping plan I could have driven to Greenwood and had my parts in two days instead of having my dryer disassembled for 10 days.

We ordered a part for a machine bought at an auction. The part was the wrong one, my bad, but none the less the return was easy to return using the website and was in the mail the next day.

The pictures of the parts could be in better focus, having not seen the machine new we had to guess at the problem part.

When I received the ignitor for my gas stove it was completely broken. It seemed like the part was broken before they shipped it. There needs to be better quality control prior to shipping. Then a fragile label added to notify the carrier. I called the customer service line and the lady was extremely understanding and helpful. She promptly got a new part on its way. She even took the time to make sure that I had ordered the right part in the first place.

Partselect.com is the place where I bought the parts to fix my oven. The buying experience was very convenient. When I entered the model of my oven there was an option to describe what was wrong and options for the appropriate part to buy. There was even a percentage of likelihood that a certain part was the issue. Next to every part there was a helpful installation video also. I would recommend this website to anyone.
