This company sells parts they do not keep in stock.
I was kind enough to wait over five weeks before Id had enough and cancelled the order.
Was not updated unless i repeatedly sent emails.
Don't waist your time.
Bought a NEW remote starter from them. Partscheap sent me a USED one. All the packing seals were broken and then taped over and it appeared as though it may have previously been installed. I contacted them and received no response. I have since been forced to file a dispute with my credit card company.
Very poor customer service. I placed an order from partscheap and the products showed up as expected. However, I decided to return one of the items. The order paperwork says to send an email to *******@partscheap.com to get a "Return Number". I've sent an email an didn't get a response. Resent it 2 days later, no response, resent it again today, no response. Called their support number, left a message on voice mail. Its been over a week now, still no response. I'm ready to call my credit card, reverse all charges and mail the whole order back.
Great experience, my Ford parts were shipped quickly, as described, and the price could not be beat. Ordered on the phone and the customer service was excellent. Will shop here again for my accessories!
I ordered 2016 Honda HRV seat covers. They send older model HRV seat covers that did not fit my car at all and then refused to refund me. It's a scam! They mailed the seat covers in a box without any other packaging/documentation to hide that they were for an older model. Also, before they mailed me these seat covers I asked them why I received no package and they said they accidentally sent the package to another person. Then they sent these fake seat covers. Total scam.
