Very poor customer service. I placed an order from partscheap and the products showed up as expected. However, I decided to return one of the items. The order paperwork says to send an email to *******@partscheap.com to get a "Return Number". I've sent an email an didn't get a response. Resent it 2 days later, no response, resent it again today, no response. Called their support number, left a message on voice mail. Its been over a week now, still no response. I'm ready to call my credit card, reverse all charges and mail the whole order back.
