I am shocked by so many negative reviews. I have used them many times and they were ok. There are a company that acts as an agent or go between to recommend other couriers. Most of the negative reviews seem to be for bad service, damaged or lost goods from the courier. I suspect this would happen with any parcel broker - it is the courier who does the job who is at fault, surely? I have only had one issue - and Parcel2Go did respond and did resolve it. Not sure they are anything special, but at the moment I have no complaints and no reason to stop using them.

Did not deliver on time, despite my business having paid extra, item was very expensive but arrived damaged so had to be returned and getting it returned has been a nightmare! Stay away from this awful company, they use UPS / go through UPS but they are terrible compared to them!

So i made a legitimate claim after the recieving company confirming that the parcel has not been recieved, i included tracking and apicture to ensure they had not recieved the parcel.
Parcel to go simply rejected the claim saying it was delivered to the correct delivery point, there seems to be no way to dispute this with them. So lesson learnt i am out of pocket, use a better company in future!

I have sent my parcel by parcel2go and they handedover it to Yodel for the delivery and my parcel never arrived to the destination and when I made complaint to both Yodel and Parcel2Go then they were constantly lying and telling me that my parcel will be soon returned back to me but it has been 4 months now it never arrived back to me and I then asked for the compensation and they refused it. I am sure my parcel has lost or their delivery driver has stolen it. So my advice to everyone is never use parcel2go and Yodel because if your parcel lost or damaged then you won't get anything instead of wasting your time for reading their lies in the emails.

I booked two cartons to be shipped from Ireland to Iceland via DPD. No problem booking on their website and paying the €120.00 ex Vat but cartons were returned 2 days later as that service does not exist... then why take the booking?

I purchased a 'Next Day' service, with tracking and 'Proof of Delivery' at a cost of £10.14 including insurance.
It took over two weeks to arrive, tracking didn't show its whereabouts, no one knew where it was!
Eventually the destination, confirmed to me it had arrived.
Both Parcels2Go and EVRI (sub-contractor) consider this to be completely acceptable service and offer no compemsation for their failings.
The delay was escalated to customer services and eventually via Resolver, P2G point you to EVRI, EVRI point you to P2G, no one takes any ownership.

As a small, struggling business, I am always in need of the most economical courier service. Whilst P2G offers the cheapest... there is a good reason. They offer a very very sub-standard service. DO NOT pay for the insurance or Next Day delivery. These are not guaranteed - whatever lies they may claim - and they will fight you to the death, with everything they have NOT to compensate you. They are only about the money coming in. They rely on their cheap prices to trick customers, and dont worry about customer service... or even doing what you paid the to do.
Took 3 weeks this company to deliver my parcel and in the process they damaged it. The communication is non existence with these guys. They refused to relay the loss I incurred which was £100. They are liars and not worth trusting. 😡😡😡

I sent two identical packages via Evri through Parcel2Go. One turned up, the other did not. I took some pictures of the one that arrived with my customer correctly, and it turns out instead of listing the weight as 9.7KG, it stated <1KG - maybe a way for them to pay less?! Evri thinks this may have caused the issue
Eventually, Evri were quite helpful, but Parcel2Go are shocking! Everything is waiting for an update from the courier...
Then they lied and said it was found, and closed my claim! And I've got to wait more time again for them to contact the courier, in order to open the claim
My god I've never smashed a keyboard in my life, but Parcel2Go pushed me to it!
Do yourself a favour and only deal direct with the courier, and make sure they have a phone number first

An abysmal service from start to finish. Parcel2Go allocated me to Evri and they failed to collect the parcel so I had to take it to a drop-off in a shop. Not what you'd call secure as parcels could easily have been taken out of the parcel bin by anyone in the shop. The tracking did show that it got on its way though so I had hopes of it arriving, as scheduled, in the Philipinnes.
However, the delivery date came and went and I started the laborious process of chasing Parcel2Go via messages (no phone support). This went on for a couple of months after which they 'closed the file'. Despite all the tracking technology available they could not locate the parcel and it was deemed 'missing'.
They seemed more focused on the compensation issue rather actually finding out what had happened to the parcel. I didn't bother claiming the £25 compensation as it was British souvenirs collected over a 12 months period for children in the Philipinnes rather than a single item.
I wish I had just used one of the reputable international couriers direct instead of using this intermediary.
My reference was P2G******* if anyone at Parcel2Go is interested in looking into this case.
I used Parcel2Go and paid extra for "Delivery Guarantee." Parcelforce didn't collect the parcel on the date agreed. As a consequence, the parcel wasn't delivered on the day it was expected. When I wanted to claim the refund*, I was told: "The delivery guarantee does not guarantee the collection date just the delivery time once the parcel has been collected." This means Parcel2Go and their partners have an incentive not to collect your parcel at all when they have the slightest doubt they can deliver it in the time agreed which in turn means you're better off without the guarantee!
* "If you purchase Delivery Guarantee, you will be entitled to a full refund of the carriage if your parcel is not delivered by the pre-agreed date."

I returned a an incorrectly supplied shower tray that was in my possession for 3hours. Sent the way it came. They delivered it damaged and the supplier wouldn't refund or exchange. I insured the parcel and parcel 2 go refused to pay because all of a sudden the packaging was inadequate. Don't waste your time or money. USELESS THIEVING SCUM!
Disgrace of a company! I should look up the reviews before ordering a service through them! Not only my parcel was returned to me month later completely damaged! I was promised by them a REFUND witch I never received! After many emails them stating that my details were forwarded to account s I will receive my refund between 5-7 working days! STILL NOTHING REACHED MY BANK ACC!

Time wasters and rubbish system/QR/Drop off services - DO NOT BELIEVE reviews about "superb/excellent Cust.Service" - majority of these reviews are either paid or fake. They also tried to persuade me to remove a negative review - These are the worst brokers trying to make a dollar but their system does not synchronise with the courier systems. They generate QR codes that don't update immediately. Most of the orders can't be sent same day but next day due to same issue (not synchronising in teal time to be able to drop off the parcels!) - Did I say drop off? Sure enough. NOT ALL the drop off locations will accept parcel2go QR either, so better just use par el force evry or whatever - DIRECTLY - these guys meed to change a lot of things until their services will work flawlessly. At present its a hit and miss and with busy businesses you just don't have the time to waste with them and their rubbish dated systems and services.

I paid for parcel2go to pick up a parcel from England it was an expensive parcel worth $800.00 I also paid for insurance to ensure I would receive the parcel and if lost Iw old be compensated. The parcel was lost through Australia post and I was given and presented letters (twice) to state the parcel had been lost. Parcel2go refused to pay the insurance on the parcel and their communication was non existent. I suggest never to use this company they are unethical and dodgy

Horrendous experience-Never use this company to deliver goods abroad. When things go awry you cannot speak to anyone! I spend over a £120 forwarding a piece of ART to the USA that was sent to me in error by the Canadian artist ( let no good deed go unpunished!). The art was collected from me on 22nd November 2022 and I was informed it was being held in customs for varying reasons depending on whom I encountered on the live chat - It never reached its destination and took until the first week of February 2023 to be returned to me in the UK! I have never been so stressed in my entire live! When it was finally returned to me, the artist paid for his Canadian courier service to collect it and it was united with its owner some 7 days later! I noted that P2G marked the item as 'Delivered" and claim "resolved "! You couldn't make it up. Some 22 hours of my life wasted on "live chat", unanswered e mails, what's apps, instagram, messenger over the 3 months
My advice is to send directly with your courier of choice and not P2G as you have no redress when problems arise...I was never even reimbursed!
Rubbish service. Lost or stole my parcel. When issue raised through resolver parcel2go miraculously found parcel and delivered it, however that was a lie according to the recipient who was in all day when it was allegedly delivered.
No response from parcel2go after my complains so zero customer service.
If you want a reliable parcel delivery service DO NOT use parcel2go. They are a dishonest company who do not give a dam about their customers.
Luckily the item sent was not valuable so I will have to just bare this loss and use a more reputable company for all my future parcels.

Ive sent many HUNDREDS of parcels through parcel2go very cheaply no real problems. Ive had three delayed and its true they dont really like communicating with you but they work their way back to you in 2 to 3 weeks if they couldnt be delivered. Website is easy to use. Im happy to carry on with them. The thing with previous reviews here are people are only posting reviews when theyve had a problem, and often this is Evri or DHL to blame, nothing to do with parcel2go who just enable you to purchase the right service, they dont actually deliver anything. I like parcel2go.
I sent a Mobile Phone worth £400 with tracking next day. Evri had lost my parcel and told me to contact Parcel2Go as I found the deal with them. I contacted Parcel2Go and they literally said sorry there is nothing we can do. I explained I am struggling financially and really need the money as I was selling the phone to get myself a few things for my house but they just didn't care. I threatened them with letting the newspapers know what they had done and they just didn't care. They really did make my life hard and affected my mental health extremely also never refunded or respected me in anyway. I hope nobody ever has to go through what I did. Please Stay Away!
Wish there was an option for 0 stars or negative rating. Don't waste your money sending parcels with this via this company & Evri. Parcel collected and then disappeared into the Abyss. No helpfull enquiries were made after I complained, just said it was beyond the 28 day claim period.

Dropped off parcel destination New Zealand, which was picked up that day. They sent me tracking details, lasted 3 days then nothing. Making contact is a nightmare, in the end had to ring New Zealand twice to see if parcel had been delivered. Tried web chat which eventually confirmed parcel had been delivered. Very disappointed wont use again. NO facility to make a complaint, disgusted.

They claim delivery attempts which have not happened. They return packages without attempting delivery. Both of these have happened on numerous occasions to me and others I know. They do not take responsibility for their non-delivery claiming it's the customer's fault (?!?!), their 'customer service' is rude and unhelpful, and they never offer refunds for lost items or non-delivered. Their 'delivery guarantee' is a joke! A horrendous 'service'!
