EVERYTHING WENT WRONG!
I sent two identical packages via Evri through Parcel2Go. One turned up, the other did not. I took some pictures of the one that arrived with my customer correctly, and it turns out instead of listing the weight as 9.7KG, it stated <1KG - maybe a way for them to pay less?! Evri thinks this may have caused the issue
Eventually, Evri were quite helpful, but Parcel2Go are shocking! Everything is waiting for an update from the courier...
Then they lied and said it was found, and closed my claim! And I've got to wait more time again for them to contact the courier, in order to open the claim
My god I've never smashed a keyboard in my life, but Parcel2Go pushed me to it!
Do yourself a favour and only deal direct with the courier, and make sure they have a phone number first
