Firstly, their support was unresponsive, making it frustrating to get the help I needed when facing tight deadlines. The quality of the services offered did not live up to expectations. For instance, when seeking help with a research paper, I received guidance that lacked depth and originality, it was like I was going in circles, making no real progress.
