HORRIBLE PEOPLE, SCAM, CRAP COMPANY. THEY STOLE Y MONEY! I went on this site to take a look at the pendants they had and I thought that it seemed very nice and had good prices. I left the website without purchasing anything because I found another site that has gorgeous pendants for cheaper. I was lucky enough to lok at my visa transactions in time to notice that PandaHall CHARGED ME OVER $100! I never ordered or even put my information anywhere and somehow they got my info and charged me; UNAUTHORIZED. I sent an email to them as well hoping they may be better than that and to correct the issue but they never responded. HORRIBLE PEOPLE... CRAP COMPANY. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHAT THEY DID AND USE A SITE THAT IT MORE TRUSTWORTHY.

I ordered around 400 USD from Pandahall with items that promised 3 processing days. It took almost a week to pack everything and when I messaged them to send the order they made it seem like it was my fault? If you don't have an item you should message me so I know that I can at least get my other orders on time. This is ridiculous and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

11 mm not 12 mm - and "howlite" gets ded matte by my finger pads! Clearly softer than 2.5 on Mohs scale - NOT HOWLITE. Support been BAD. Website functions HORRIBLY. Not a non-CRIMINAL enterprise!
