Bought phone equipment then was offered rebate. Was told I would receive emails with details and link to receive rebate and/or cancel service. Never received email and they started monthly charge on my credit card. Called and was given bogus phone numbers and would not transfer me directly to "rebate" department. Panasonic Corporation should sue these guys for using their name brand. AmEx will stop and reverse transactions for me. On top of that I had trouble with phone equipment they sent me. Big mistake!

They lie and cheat

We ordered a Panasonic 3 phone set for hearing impaired. It took 3-4 months to come. When the set came, one headphone had poor sound quality. We decided to just keep the two headphone set and return the problematic extra headphone (valued at $90). We were told we'd get a full refund, so we spent over $20 to return it. Our credit showed $17 less than we were told. We called back and they told us we would be refunded the rest. But we never were. We spent $40 more than we would have with a legitimate organization.

They had also tried changing our order midstream.

Terrible experience

I ordered a phone set from this company. It arrived and did not work at all. I had to request a return. They gave me an address to return which cost m $13.95. When I received my refund it was $45.54 while I paid $63.55. Their return stated if the product was damaged I would receive a refund of shipping. I am now out $31.96 for a phone that didn't even work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Deceptive sale
September 26, 2022

I bought a Panasonic microwave oven from Factory outlet store very reluctantly. I was forced to buy it and promised that it can be returned within 30 days no question asked with full money back. When I received it, I didn't like how it worked. I immediately called to return it and asked for a return label. The agent told me " I did not need a return label and I could bring it to any shipping center."

When I printed the so-called return label, it said return was at my cost and there would be a 15% charge on the credit card". I could not believe what I heard. I wanted to share my experience with others. They do not divulge nay of these information when they sell their products.

Not In Stock!

Needed it badly.The ad said on the day I purchase it and and stills says "in stock:",
I paid extra for immediate shipping and after three days, the on line status message continued to say "awaiting tracking information". No response to my email on day three.
On day four (today) I called *******802) only to be told that the item was not in stock and "should" be available in 7 to 10 days. Real sorry I wasted the time.

Won't charge.
March 12, 2022

This is not the first time I've purchased batteries from the Outlet store and usually I have had not problems.
This time, I've purchased two sets of phone batteries and I'm still waiting over four days for the first set to charge. It has become my habit to avoid the kitchen as much as possible so I don't hear the "beep beep-beep" sound. Honestly, I don't know where to turn. A new phone of a different brand? Panasonic's customer service--I'm talking to you, "Melvin"--is atrocious.

Scam company

Item I received was NOT refurbished. The accessories included were the wrong ones for the item. And still I have to pay for restocking to return the item! They make money on the restocking knowing the item is not useable by anyone.

Never Buy From Them!

They sent me the wrong microwave and they just play games as to waste your time until you give up and keep the lesser quality old microwave they sent you. First they wanted pictures, then more pictures, then pictures of the box…. Now they just put me on hold for 20 min and hang up. It's a scam company and I wished I had seen the other reviews so I wouldn't have wasted my time.

They advertise 30 day returns, but they don't tell you that the refund will only be partial. They advertise "Refurbished" but the unit I got was either not refurbished, or refurbished by a baboon. It was scratched, marred, and obviously a used unit. Yes, it still worked but no one lets a beat up unit like that go out as refurbished unless they are dishonest. Oh, and "free" shipping isn't free. If you return the item, you get back-charged for the "free" shipping, meaning you pay the shipping both ways. I would advise Panasonic to make them stop using the Panasonic name. They are abusing the Panasonic reputation.

Untruthful ad
August 8, 2019

I wanted to buy a Panasonic electric razor for my husband. The price online on their website stated $89.99. When I went to order the razor the price was $99.99 on the website. I had a "chat" session with Ashley and though I had a screen shot of the lesser price she didn't care and kept quoting me $99.99. How about truth in advertising! Don't deal withthrm.

I made a mistake of using this site to order a Panasonic phone, before checking with SiteJabber. I can not find out the status of my order or get someone in customer service that speaks english.

On April 7 I ordered two replacement batteries for my house phones. I was told they would ship within seven-ten days. Every two weeks I would call when my batteries did not arrive and was told each time, "We're sorry but the batteries have not come in. They are on back order. We expect them in within seven to ten days. I would wait ten days to two weeks and call again. Today is May 18, I just got that same message for the third time, forty-two days after placing my order and no batteries. I was just told the batteries will be in in another seven to ten days - I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN!

I wish I had looked at reviews before I spent 200 on phones and extra 36.00 on warranty everything said in reviews is true, I did not get manual and they want me to print one on my printer (18 pages) one phone wouldn't power up and they stalled me until to late to return it, UNBELEIVABLE WORTHLESS COMPANY.

We purchased a complete Panasonic phone system with 4 phones from this company. BIG MISTAKE
First of all they send us the wrong item/s!
The company sold us 2 years extended warranty and we paid for that.
During the first year we had issue with one of the phone hand set. We called them and after several times back and forth they gave me another company name and phone number to contact. I contacted that company. After they check the serial number, they told us the product had been registered by seller more that a year and did not cover under warranty!
I called back to seller "Panasonic. Factory outlet store" and they told me we will send a new unit and send back the bad one! THE NEVER SENT ANYTHING!
We called them several time and left message no one got back to us!
In the end We was able talk to somebody " customer service" and they told us the two years extended warranty does not cover the handset! WRONG! BECAUSE THE SALES PERSON SOLD THE 2 YEARS WARRANT FOR COMPLETE PHONE SYSTEM PACKAGE AND NOT ONLY FOR ONE ITEM OF THE PHONE SYSTEM PACKAGE.
WE WILL NEVER BUY ANY MORE FROM THIS COMPANY!
PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
