Paladin Security

Whatever I just experienced wasn't anything I was expecting to happen. I was completely discriminated on an im pretty sure the security guard would have made this escalate if I was as dumb as he thought. What's worse is I'm female and I'm sick I had the right to be here at the emergency. He treated me completely different that the ppl in front of me and tried to intimidate me. Toxic and lacks human decency.

Last week i visited in 4601 canada way building (Burnby)around 10:15 pm. And the security guard guy was very rude with me. He doesn't have any manners to talk with anyone. I think you guys should do something about him.

You're better off just to have a camera system because the security does nothing but sit on their $#*! and sleep on the job because they're too scared to do anything also, their security guards are very rude and confrontational

On January 4th, having heard that they let my 85-year-old mother wait all night in Emerg, sitting in a chair, I rushed to the ER. The woman in the security booth was having a long, convoluted conversation with another employee of the hospital and kept ignoring me. I interrupted and said excuse me to which she responded, I'm talking to someone else now. And turned around and continued her conversation. That's when I lost it. What's more important, a concerned family member worried about her 85-year-old mother? Or continuing her conversation with another hospital employee - somehting NOT patient related? How are these Paladin employees being supervised when they're on site?

I've only worked with two decent PSG other wise there useless and unprofessional. The one I currently have to work with is always dirty from his uniform and head to toe.

He's also late alot rude and smells like cat piss most days when at work. He also loves to take 6 long brakes and sleep on the job.

Why can't they ever get fired is beyond me. All Paladin seems to do is move them from site to site.

Violated the act, refusing to provide the license of an employee. Requested it repeatedly over a one month period, in order to file a complaint against the employee for refusing to identify himself either by name or security license number.
