Bought pair of shoes paid almost $ 400 and they don't fit trying to reach customer service for RA # no reply, beware, I wish I could had read the reviews before buying
I bougth the boots Nicole 1 year ago. Very expensive, not warm enough, the sewing is already falling apart and the leather decollorating. They are pretty but definively not worth the price.
I can't believe that i am taking to social media to talk about this brand. I never do this, as i usually focus on positive reviews only. But this one deserves a call out.
I was in NYC on vacation and bought some shoes from pajar. Three days later, while boarding a plane to my next destination, the sole SPLIT from the shoe and i was left hobbling around the airport looking for a new pair of shoes.
I called the customer service team and they told me there was nothing i could do. I couldn't return the shoes because i had to be in store to do so. I accepted this, even though i did not think that was right and moved on with my trip.
When i got back home, i went to my local shoe repair and they were shocked at how badly these shoes fell apart in a matter of days. They said they would do their best to patch things up but it was a long shot as these shoes were not made well. They delivered, at least i thought so! I didn't want to throw these shoes out as i spent legit money on them.
Back at the airport today, and guess what... my pajar shoes broke again. This is ridiculous that they have hardly been worn and they just keep on breaking. I now have to throw out hardly worn shoes, because there's no fixing these bad boys.
With all that being said, the product is faulty. I should be able to return these shoes. There are too many amazing fashion brands with epic customer service to ever purchase with this company again. It's just unacceptable in 2022 to pay for damaged shoes, and not be able to send them back for a full refund.
Now this is me, blasting you on social media, so i can get my money back because i assume that's the best possible way to get your attention and for you to take action on the mistake you have made. Please accept my request for a full refund.

J'ai acheté des bottes Pajar et après 3 mois d'utilisation la fermeture éclaire est complètement brisée. J'ai écrit aux services à la clientèle. Ils m'ont répondu que si je n'avais pas acheté mes bottes sur leur site Web et si l'achat faisait plus de 6 mois, ils ne font rien. Leurs produits sont trop chers pour la qualité qu'ils offrent.
Answer: Don't do it! I had a situation last weekend where it was about -15, the boots I bought from them promised up to -30+ protection – had I not been near a vehicle, I could've lost some toes. My feet froze very badly and very quickly. This also happened to a friend of mine who bought the same brand. They are absolute garbage. Get Sorel‘s! I had two pairs of them for many years, and I will be going back to them. They not only have excellent traction on ice, they deliver what they promise.
