I have been buying clothes from PGB for years, their customer service is fantastic, shipping is fast, and the clothes are well made.
Terrible! Tried to return a pair of shoes that had simply some lint on the bottom that could easily be seen. I simply tried these shoes on walked in my house to see if they fit and put them back in the box and shipped them back and they said i couldn't return them. They could have totally sold them they looked like they had simply been tried on in a store or something they had never been worn! There was tiny pieces of lint on the bottom that could have easily been dusted off! Kf i knew they were going to be this crazy i would have wiped it off it didnt look bad so i didnt worry about it! It was lint for goodness sakes! I spent 10.95 to return them to them now as the pic shows they want me to pay them another 7.61 to have them ship them back to me and go to there fb group to sell them what the crap? I will never shop at this boutique again it was my first time and my last! Beware guys!
I absolutely love this store. They are fast on getting orders to you and they have a huge selection including live sales so you can see product. I absolutely love this store!
I ordered 3 tops and I don't like the fit. The only option is for return is an online store credit. I'll donate the tops to goodwill and won't shop here again.
