This was my 2nd time ordering a portrait from Paint Your Life. Just as the 1st time, this portrait was amazing. My aunt wanted a portrait done for her wife and asked for my help. My aunt asked me after seeing the portrait done for my mom for mother's day. So of couI came back to them! Just amazingly beautiful!

There were more hassles than a couple of years back. Artist for one painting ignored my suggestions and it was difficult for me to capture my wife vs the dance hall girl he/she started out with. Then framing was an issue... Paint Your Life needs to listen to and take care of its customers better.

I ordered my painting on May 30th and paid for the expedited shipping option so that I could receive it by Father's Day. The site guaranteed I would receive it by Father's Day. Everything was moving along quite well until I received the mockup of the painting. My husband and father-in-law are brown skinned... think the color of Snickers bars. In the painting, they were the color of peanut butter. Very sepia. I reached out and explained this, and wanted their complexions to match them. This caused the painting to arrive after Father's Day.
