The experience was great! It was very easy to order, I had a little issue with the payment but customer service was quick to respond and fix the issue. The artist was quick to respond and make the corrections that I asked for! I'm so happy with the way my painting turned out.
It was perfect. The painting was a hit and will be treasured forever.
If I could give Zero Stars I would. I've reached out to this company over 20 times through email, chat, and phone. They received over $600 for an oil painting I still did not receive. My order contained one minor modification (adding glasses) that took three weeks to get an update for. No Christmas gift, then promised for New Year. Still don't have it and no communication. BEWARE.

The reason for 4 stars is the spam amounts of emails I receive from the company as well as how confusing it is to get to my dashboard. You cannot access it from the main site. I have to sift through my emails to find my dashboard. I've also been sent duplicate emails and left multiple reviews and it's STILL asking me to leave a review through a different portal.
In short: GREAT product, marketing needs some tweaks

I was excited about this picture. I purchased because i saw it on social media and was inspired to surprise my husband! His mom passed away and I thought what a way to surprise my husband with a beautiful hand painted picture. I paid for expedite and received my painting after the date that was originally promised. I had to call to get a update and to find out my picture wasn't even processed. They did refund the fee I paid for expedite but after that phone call I thought it was resolved hoping I would get my picture. The other thing is that they don't send you tracking information. I called them and they couldn't even give me tracking info and had to reach out to the someone regarding my tracking. I had to call DHL and thankfully they gave me gratefully they gave me a tracking number. The other issue I had is that DHL called me to say they had my package, but it needed a signature and I told the lady that I was not aware that I needed a signature thank God I was down the street that she waited for me but like I explained to the driver I never received an email from this company and it was so frustrating through this whole process. The painting was beautiful, but the process was terrible!

That an interesting service which I recommend, because I know how it works, I can to do it, but to be honest this service could save your time when you need it. I bought one time a portrait for my close friend with his wife in last year. The work was cool, and they did like it. But as I'm an artist too, I saw a little bit of mistakes in the art. And only from this point of view I took away one star. In general good service!

I placed an order for a painting for Father's Day. I saw the site advertised on Facebook and uploaded all my photos when I placed the order. After 2 days of waiting for an update I was advised they didn't have my photos which pushed back the start of the work so now it will not be here on time due to their website malfunction. Their solution was for me to pay an additional 15% for expedited service which would not have been necessary had they started when I initially placed the order. Definitely regret spending this nearly $500 for a gift that will now not be here on time. The following 4 paintings I needed will be done with another company since I've lost faith in this one, but the pictures they sent me of the painting look great so the review isn't shading the artist it is against the company and how they do things.
My experience was good however when I received the painting I noticed my husband's glasses was crooked and the 5yr Olds hair looked almost gray like an old man even after modifications was done to the painting. I also, had to reach out for tracking information because you never sent it to me after the website gave me 3 or 4 different eta's. Other than that its a beautiful picture! Also to receive credits when posting on Facebook and Instagram, you want us to make our profiles "not private". Ppl have their profiles private for a reason and I provided screen shots of what I posted as requested to show the tags as "word of mouth" besides posting the video of my husband opening his late father's day gift/ memorial of his dad who passed April 2021. So, its a bit disheartening when your providing the proof but have to unprivate your social media accts from stalkers to look into your personal life! Otherwise, your company would of received 5 stars if it wasn't for what I listed above!

Submission and review process was fast and easy. Artist easily corrected my painting to ensure it was perfect. My husband loved it! Only issue was that I wasn't aware that the price if the painting didn't include the basic canvas framing. That's an additional cost. Other than that I will order again!
This experience was amazing! Guiding you through each step as it was completed was a great feature. I had a few minor adjustments that I needed and they were adjusted within the timeframe. The artists take their time and really pay attention to the details that you would like added to your photo!
Absolutely amazing! I can't get over how incredible and realistic the painting looks... I can not wait to give the gift to my husband for Christmas. This gift is so unique and will always be a reminder of the incredible man we are no longer lucky enough to have with us!

The wait times between edits was a bit nerve racking, but apart from that, I am happy with the painting.
It was a very sweet and personal experience. It made my family happy and the art work was beautiful to sag the least! It just caught every moment into one special frame! I am very thankful to be able to have ordered what I did!
I paid extra to have an original portrait painted using a combination of photos. They just took one of the photos I uploaded and painted that. When I tried to ask for my money back if they are just going to use the one photo, there was no acknowledgement. Luckily for them this is a gift for a family member of our deceased loved one, or I would've cancelled completely. Regardless of that issue, the painting is phenomenal.
I really enjoyed the various options of the type of format of painting you wanted and suggestions made to improve the sketch/painting. The painter who did my painting made sure to create what I envisioned and add detail to each part of the painting.
This was easy and smooth from beginning to end. My painting turned out beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

Answer: They advertise that you can send them photos of people now past. They advertise these large paintings with beautiful frames being unpackaged. It is a lie. I started my order on November 10 and it took three months to complete. First because they would not sell me a large canvas like they show on their website. Secondly because they no longer sell anything except the smallest frames; yet the continue to advertise and list prices as if they do. Multiple email and phone calls resulted in no honesty from these people. If they had just come out and said "We don't sell those sizes of paintings and frames anymore" I could have moved on. After 60 days your money is their money even if you have nothing to show for it. You are expected to know their jobs better than they themselves do and act accordingly. Phone calls are outsourced to a call center out-side of the U.S. The people answering are nice, respectful and do a great job at making think there is no problem. At the end of the phone call, you feel better and NOTHING has changed. I finally received my painting in a tube. I did not get what I paid for and am unable to easily find a company that will frame original artwork for less than a few hundred dollars. I cannot hang my painting; it is in a closet. They advertise large frame and list prices but they do not sell them. You CANNOT buy what they advertise! In fairness the artiest did a wonderful job. It is the lies of the company that prompted me to report them to the BB and every online site I can and will find both private and governmental in nature. Don't let these people steal from you.
