I had such a great experience! This was a present for my husband and son. They incorporated all of the details that I asked for in such a beautiful way. They were super efficient mocking up 2 different designs with both pictures included. Kept me up to date on the progress and shipped quickly once the final approval was submitted. It turned out better than I expected! My husband was so surprised and loves it!

Beautiful tribute to our 10 year old family dog that we just recently lost. The artist captured his vibe, personality and the very essence of why we loved him so much in her painting of him. I would highly recommend Paint Your Life to anyone needing a portrait. Communication with the artist, customer service, ease ordering, shipping and overall quality of the work are all top notch.

I REALLY love the idea and it would have been the best gift ever HOWEVER the picture of me and my daughter weren't the greatest. Back story…… my daughter who is on the spectrum bought this for me. She doesn't pay attention to detail as much as she should. HOWEVER the people at the company should have noticed the picture was blurry and NOT the best quality. NOW my face looks distorted and I have more chins than normal and my daughters isn't much better. IF you see something that looks off AT the LEAST ask for a better picture of the faces. I'm sure you can make the face more realistic. I do love the thought being my son is in it who passed away and I had thought about doing one and adding my other son(money was an issue for her so I get it), but not now. Again I'm thankful and love my kid for it but just wish I was happier about hanging it in my house.

Gifted a portrait to my mom for her birthday and she absolutely loved it! The portrait featured her two grandchildren and she said it was one of the best gifts ever. The portrait was really well done with excellent attention to detail. The process of choosing art styles, frames and everything was so easy. These are on the pricey side, however it is a wonderful gift that will be cherished!

They created a portrait of my late father together with my children it's absolutely beautiful. I cannot say anything bad about this company the shipping was quick as well. My sisters and I purchased a painting of our mother and her dog. Using several reference photos, the Paint Your Life team created a beautiful portrait of the two of them, side by side, both wearing flower crowns and we could not be more happy with the result! It was easy to ask for alterations to the mock up, and the team got the portrait exactly how we wanted it. They were AMAZING to work with. I'll definitely be ordering another painting from Paint Your Life in the future.

My daughter's dad passed away almost 20 years ago and they have no pictures of just the two of them so I ordered one. The process was smooth and even rejected the final painting because I didn't like it so I contacted customer service and they made recommendations for the type of painting and even sent me a link to look at the oil paintings from different artists and pick the one I liked and my painting was completely redone and it only took an extra week and it still showed up before it was supposed to! The outcome was absolutely beautiful and my daughter loved it! Great experience!

Bought it as a gift for a childhood friend. His mom do not have a picture of her oldest son (deceased) and him together. You guys pulled it off exactly like I vision it. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Most definitely will be making many more purchases. Highly recommend you guys. Brought him and his mom tears of joy. In his words "PRICELESS". He stated that nothing could top off what I pulled off for him and his mom.

I have had 2 portraits done before and have been very pleased with the communication, and the quality of the work done. Well I don't know what has happened since the last time but so far it has been horrendous! I sent 5 pictures in for a generational picture to be done by Christmas. They sent back a first draft within about 30 hours which was wonderful. The problem was that out of the 5 people I sent pictures in, they only included 4 people! There was also supposed to be a 25% discount per their special they were running to get done by Christmas. I sent in the revision and that is the last time I have heard from anyone! As stated on the receipt, It was supposed to be done by 12/13/23, it is 12/18 today. I selected 5 people and the receipt says 4. After I sent the revision the dashboard said the editing would take about 48 hours which is reasonable. For the last 4 days the dashboard has said "update expected in the next few hours". I have tried calling for the last 4 days. You don't talk to a person, you get auto transferred to a line that does nothing but ring. One of the times i called the phone rang 147 times before I hung up. It is not a monitored line. I have sent several emails, none have been responded to. I have also tried their so called live chat, again it is not monitored. I have been waiting for someone to answer this time for just under 3 hours. I am not sure what happened, these people used to back up what they advertised, not anymore. I noticed in reading their reviews that they no longer try to fix an issue, it seems to be we are sorry but you are out of luck! This was supposed to be delivered by Christmas, it is supposed to be for a family member who has terminal cancer. It is very sad to see how bad this company has dropped since I first used them.

My entire experience was perfect. We lost our beloved dog very unexpectedly a few months ago and they have painted a very lifelike memory of him.

Amazing - brought as a gift for grandparents
Their parents with the grandchildren they didn't get the chance to meet.

I ordered a painting for my husband, for Fathers Day, that included his mom and our two daughters. His mom passed away before I could meet her and her grandchildren never got to meet her either. I wanted to have a painting with all three of them so they could be together forever. My husband is not a very emotional person but this painting made him cry when he opened it. It was a great and simple experience. My mom loved it. And it also came earlier then it was estimated.

If I could give Zero Stars I would. I've reached out to this company over 20 times through email, chat, and phone. They received over $600 for an oil painting I still did not receive. My order contained one minor modification (adding glasses) that took three weeks to get an update for. No Christmas gift, then promised for New Year. Still don't have it and no communication. BEWARE.

I love how you can interact with the painter by sending various pictures to get a very realistic painting. The painting came out so beautiful and it is very high quality work. I will definitely be purchasing another painting in the future from Paint Your Life.

We wanted to get something special for my mom for her birthday so we got a painting of my newborn son and her dad who passed away many years before my son was born. I've never seen her cry as much as she did when she unwrapped this picture. Such a special moment.
