They suck

Both me and my friend had to get our piercing done again because they screwed up really bad, they are so inexperienced that my friends earring are touching each other when she wears regular earring on both holes. I am so disappointed in them don't go they don't care about what you say.

PAGODA IS A RIP OFF I BOUGHT A NECKLACE FOR OVER 150 DOLLARS I CHANGED MY MIND 2HOURS LATER I SPENT CASH AND THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE TO MAIL ME A CHECK DID I USE A CHECK TO PAY FOR MY JEWELRY NO I DID NOT I SPENT CASH SO WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT ABSOLUTE NON SENSE I HATE THIS PLACE DO NOT SHOP HERE

Don't bother
July 9, 2020

Ordered a few things a couple weeks ago and it still hasn't come in. Usually I wouldn't mind (especially with everything going on)but my post office has no further information on the status of the package and the piercing pagoda site keeps pushing back the date even though it was Already sent out. My issue more so comes from the fact that YOU CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. The website offers numbers and live chats but they are never up and running. So Basically if you plan to order just know you are on your own, and your things may or may not get to you when they get to you.

Let me start by saying I will never shop there again. Brought a chain and piece for the chain that came up to about $500. I was told that if anything goes wrong I can return it... I said what if I misplaced the receipt they said don't worry because it's in our system under your name... The chain broke within a month and I went in but I could not find the receipt but I didn't panic because "I'm in the system" They look and see my name but don't see the chain that I purchased and returned... What... We are still going to order another chain and call you when it's in... it's been over a month now and no chain... I'm still looking for my receipt because I never throw any receipts out so that I can return and get my money back... Shady practice and will not do business with them ever again...

I used "chat" on website because they say it's the easiest quickest way to contact, Christian C ended up telling me that their measurements are not "standard" that the measurements they use on multiple items, for example "100 gauge" curb chain means different things depending on item number. When I asked why they would use it as a measurement if it's not standard he simply replied "sorry for the inconvenience! YIKES! I'm glad I don't follow through with a $500-1000 chain purchase! When you buy elsewhere 5mm=5mm here god knows what you'll get! Good luck!

Order cancelled
January 4, 2016

Placed an order on 12/30/15 and was notified on 1/4/16 that my order was cancelled without a reason listed. I called to figure out what happened and was told the item I ordered was out of stock. The associate then continued to ask me if I wanted to place another order. I asked her how will I know if my order won't cancelled again as I placed the order online. The associate told me that most of the items on the website are up to date but some are out of stock. Well that doesn't help me any! I ordered a gold belly ring because my acupuncturist told me the stainless steel ring is probably a factor inhibiting my ability to get pregnant, so I needed to switch it out as soon as possible. Going to stick to bodycandy.com from now on.

I use pagoda to buy my girlfriend some earrings and she really liked them. She didn't even need to return them.
