I have been buying at Pagoda for over a year. I called them to ask them to remove a late fee because I didn't receive my bill before the due date. Their response was that I have been a customer for a year and my bill due date has never changed and it's not their problem if I didn't get my bill. That they show it was mailed and it's not their fault if I didn't get it. They also said that since I have been a customer for at least a year I should know when my due date is. Did they care about the fact that I have been battling COVID? Nope. Good to know your customer service is awful. My wife has worked in a Customer Service department for 15 years and she has made many phone calls with this issue to other companies who have removed late fees if it is the first time it occurs as a one time courtesy. Congratulations Pagoda. You just lost two customers.
I will never shop the Peoria il location again! They are never at the kiosk and girls that are there are very unprofessional! And super rude! I was there about two months ago and I didn't have that probably! Now they need to close that location! It's always empty and they are constantly on there cell phones! The two young girls that were there! Never get another dollar from me! I use to be a loyal customer! Not anymore
I had my second pair of earrings here because Claire's had messed myn up and they were infected and bleeding and puss was coming out so when I used pagoda it was better cleaner real gold and there perfesionals and had understood my problem and got right to it helping me

I bought a belly button ring online in March and realized it was the same one I already had. I went to the store to return it only to find out I wasn't able to because the online site didn't process my belly ring. I was gifted $12 for dealing with poor service for 1 hr. Fast forward to today I go to the store to use my gift card and find out it doesn't work (after I get charged). The manager at the store was great and helped me for over an hour while customer service online did nothing to help. I ended up getting charged THREE times just to find out my gift card didn't go through. Customer service on the phone was unhelpful. I ended up leaving with nothing. Your customer service online is awful. They told me to try my gift card online which is pointless because the gift card will go straight to shipping and handling. I am disgusted with your phone service and the fact that I had to wait not once but two times for over an hour just to be charged and walk out with nothing.
Worst experience ever I've Been going here for years and always bring other friends to check it out what they have and lately the last few times I've went the ladys were so rude and discriminating against me and my friend saying they wouldn't help us ended up asking for there names they denied to give it to me also when I asked for corporates phone number I was denied again and they ended up kicking my friend out of the mall and was very nasty when talking to me it was very intimidating and even mall security wouldn't help will never spend another dollar at this $#*! place they don't follow there policy's for your warranty about swapping out jewelry if its under a year you can still swap out but they don't allow you to even when you pay the extra money for it If I could give negative star I would and I'll be calling the better business bureau to file a complaint all these women who work here should be fired can't even treat a human with decency what has this world come too honestly they shouldnt work at a job that deals with people if they can't handle customer service politely and wanna discriminate just by looking at someone not sure how they even make money begin so rude
Went to the Tyrone mall location in st pete Florida. Girl with blue hair and never-ending tattoos asks if she can help me then continues conversation with employee about how she can't stand her manager and her manager has favorites. Never helped me so I went to shalimar
I have been wanting a long pair of gold chain earrings and these are gorgeous! Real gold with gold stamp, good gold weight, bright yellow shiny and sparkly. Easy to use site, pictures and description are representative, I bought them sight unseen online and they are breathtaking. Will absolutely buy again from Pagoda. Really impressed!
I received my order yesterday and was surprised to see a stupid set of ear rings when i ordered a nose ring! CRAZY! My first order was 8 months ago and never came! After 3 months i had to call and give them All kind of $#*! in order to get my order. ZERO STAR. Never buy from PAGODA!
Went in at 6:15 on a Friday night. Was told that since they close at 7pm piercing is finished at 6pm. There were 4 girls standing around doing absolutely nothing! It doesn't take 45 minutes to pierce an ear. Will never go back there. Horrible customer service!
I placed an order and never received any confirmation of the order but the money was deducted from my account. I contacted them via the chat feature they have online and was told my order was not in the system and it never went through and to place a new order and the charge would fall off within 7 business days, so I did. I got confirmation of the new order and I received it the very next day. A week later-today-my account overdrafted. A $600 charge was made from piercing pagoda. I checked my email and I got a shipping confirmation email
Of all but one of the items in the first order! I contacted them immediately and they said I could get my money back up to 10 days AFTER I return the order I was told "didn't exist" they then proceeded to tell me ANOTHER item was processing but not yet shipped and they could cancel that order... then they transferred me to someone else. This man said the pending order could not be cancelled and he kept trying to end the chat and telling me to have a great day... I told him I was contacting the BBB because this is so unethical and should be illegal. Their jewelry is cheap, breaks within MONTHS of buying and they STEAO YOUR MONEY! I paid a lot of money for my second order, but now I've paid double for an order I was told didn't exist... I've never been treated so terribly by a company, ever. Please go to a reputable jeweler. You get what you pay for in quality AND in service and piercing pagoda should be SHUT DOWN for this unethical and dishonest operation! I ha e screeenshots of everything and I intend to submit them to the BBB.
Spent 1400 and went in the next day to return one of the items and was told it would take 3 weeks for me to get my money. Thats bad business makes me not want to return
I bought a pendant over 6th months ago returned it a week later was told do to the price I would have to get a check sent to me, I've spoken with several different Representatives over this time period giving our my information over & over again & still to this day haven't seen a check it's going on over half a year with no refund nobody should have to wait that long & if you don't want that to be you I highly recommend you don't purchase from them unless it's in store and under a $100 were u can get your money back right then & there, #GIVE ME MY $$$$$
Don't buy at pagoda. It's terrible. I got two necklace they are just giving me one and a have to wait 14 business days so someone can help me. This is ridiculous. I paid extra for fast shipping and I'm not getting it in the day it was supposed.

I ordered earrings online being as we are in a pandemic didn't want to go to the store in person. Contacted customer service to return the earrings as they are cheap as can be and I paid 140$ for them. Within a few days they were completely bent and misshaped. Customer service told me they would email me my receipt so I can return to the store. I explained how I didn't feel comfortable going to the mall due to covid. They didn't care and told me that was the only way to help me. I never received the email and guess I am just stuck with this cheap earrings that I am just gonna throw away. Will never make another purchase at this franchise ever again.

I purchased earrings Nov 2019 and returned them early December because my husband didn't like them. At that tone I had experienced fraud on my card so they weren't able to refund my card but they issued a check that I was to receive in 30 days! I am still waiting for my check and it is Oct 15th 2020. I have called their store and corporate and they keep residing checks and not a dingle check has been received. I waited for a check for 5 months (wishing that time they sent 4 different checks) I suggested they send it to the store since they clearly had difficulties sending it to me and here we are still and the store has not received a single check for another 5 months. Customer service keeps saying they will send out another check that never makes it to the store. I was even given a $50 credit 6 months ago but I can't use it in store until my check makes it, which is ridiculous! I am livid and just want my money back for their product that I RETURNED ALMOST AN HR AGO! I will never return to piercing pagoda it's not worth it.
Low quality jewelry for high prices. Ok for teenagers but beware of deceitful marketing. They reel you in with fast shipping of 2-3 days to keep your focus away from the 6 weeks of processing time!. Cancellations only within 1 hour of purchase. I chatted with 3 different agents to get them to place a cancellation for a purchase made on 9/15 with expected delivery of 10/29. They can't guarantee cancelation but put in my request. They would not send me written confirmation of my cancellation request. The chat rep said there is no corporate email or phone number. I asked for a manager and was referred to a resolution specialist because there are no managers per se. I can't return the item to a physical store. I will have to mail it back. I can expect a refund Probst in 6 months! I spent $381! I will never order from them again. I wsh I could give zero stars! My order number is **************.

I purchased something Nov 13th, 2019, returned it December. They have sent out checks to the wrong address 4 times after correcting them 3 times, then stated they would send it to the store. 3 times have 7 waited for a check to go to the store. Im waiting for my refund of $220 STILL. I've talked to several workers, and Supervisors. WHERE'S MY REFUND?!?! Dont but anything you may have to return. You won't get your money. Back unfortunately. I STILL WANT MY MONEY!
