Size large. They were way too small; the cuffs were so small that the circulation in my lower leg was cut off. They were also not as soft as I expected.
The socks are very comfortable but beyond that they are not very small like most socks I have tried they have minimal stretch and fit my size 12 perfectly.
I am pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these socks. I will definitely be getting more in the future.
Didn't figure out how to use my rewards, bummer. And wish I could find the actual socks in the teaser ads that come over various platforms. Like the black crew socks I ordered last winter and the colorful no show socks I just received.

I placed an order and was to get 20% off the order. I placed the order put in the code snd my cc info snd no deduction in price. I love the socks. Just not the false advertising
On July 12 received email saying shipment would be delayed due to material problems. Still no further news. Yet I receive offers to buy even more and offering 3 pairs free. Might add the charges have already gone on my Amex. I expected the charge would appear on shipment. Not an auspicious start for a new relationship.
I love these things! Soft and comfy. I wore them to my job under my work shoes on which I spend 40% of time on my feet. For the first time in a long time my feet didnt hurt when I took off my shoes. I thought they cost too much but tried them anyways. Wow! Glad I did, saving up to buy more. Also, shipping was average in cost but they arrived in only a week or so. Im very happy with this experience.
You advertise softest but i liked my bombas they are softer and dont make your feet slip and slide in your sneakers, they actually made my feet hurt. I will be sending these back for a refund
I was disappointed that the Pacas kept slipping off one foot and I had to frequently take my shoe off to put it back on again.
The best socks I have ever worn. I have so much trouble accommodating my hammer toes, and these did the trick. They for perfectly and are so soft and comfortable; I now have six pairs. Thank you for a beautiful product.
So far I have purchased the women's crew, the lightweight crew, the low cut and the no-show socks. I am replacing every pair of socks I have previously purchased. These socks are amazing! They are so soft and comfortable, you won't want to take them off.

I received an email about the twice yearly sale. I didn't receive the code so I emailed back and forth, but still didn't get the code. Finally, I got the code in email at 3 AM. Tried to use it, but it didn't take any money off my order. Now I have to go through the emails back and forth yet again. Frustrating, to say the least!

I love their socks, but customer service is abysmal. I've reached out three times now about an incorrect/incomplete order I received on 12/24/22, but have not heard back from anyone at Pacas yet. The only option is to send an email — no customer service phone number at all. I'm so frustrated! I understand that this holiday season was difficult for many businesses, but it is just unacceptable not to get back to your customers. I'm really tempted to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Really, really disappointed with my experience with them.
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
