First time ordering - last winter. Loved them so much I ordered more. Highly recommend! Wash and dry well and don't lose there shape. Warm, cozy, stay in place crew sock!

It's been over a month since I ordered and customer service wrote back once saying there is a delay and it will ship in a couple days. That was a week ago. Tried to write back and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is not a review of the products but the company and its processes. I ordered a 4 pack of socks on 10/6. The item didn't ship until 10/27 and only after I repeated contacted them to find out why there was a delay and when I should expect to receive my order. Once received my 4 pack of socks was only 3. Even if these are the best socks in the world I would not suggest giving them your money. Read some reviews on the BBB site after all this and I am not the only person who had similar issues with fulfillment. Stay away, stay far away.

Well unfortunately these are not the socks for me I so badly hoped they would be. They are nice looking and soft, like butter? I don't know I would say that but what I was really praying for was that they were as warm as advertised, warmer than wool, no. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my feet hurt bad when they get cold so Dr says to keep them as warm as I can and thought this was it but they are just as cold as wearing regular socks 15.00 a pair is unjustified. Seems like your customers really like them and that's great, I hope for continued success for you.

I placed an order for socks on 9/24. When I contacted them via email on 10/10, I was told my order had been lost "at the carrier." There was not a tracking number, so he told me he would send another order out that same day. When I still did not receive a tracking number by 10/17, I contacted them again.
On 10/20, I received a tracking number, but no information has been updated with UPS. I emailed them again on 10/20, and have not received a return communication.

The first several times I ordered the service was great. This time I ordered 09/12. As of today 10/10 I still have received no product. I cannot get anything via email but a canned response. I am thoroughly disgusted. No Phone number, no other way to contact. I will not order again. They have obviously forgotten what customer service is.

Don't buy from them if your expecting a 20% discount that they show on web page. They don't give it to you. It's a scam.

I have purchased a sweater, 4 pairs of crew socks and 4 pairs of ankle sox from Pacas. All arrived promptly just days after ordering. All are very well made with excellent fit. Useful colors and they launder well.

Love my socks! They stay put are soft and the fit! I was concerned because I have a narrow, thin foot and a lot of sock are just to big.
