I didn't get discount when I signed up with email.

The site was easy to follow. Surprised when picked up order with extra fee!
Easy to use online site. It variety of merchandise!
Very satisfied with the order. I order the men's size socks for myself because the women's crew stocks feel way too binding on my instep as the day goes by. The men's ankle socks are even better than the men's crew socks for comfort..
Good, altho I had wanted to buy sets with all the same color and they did not appear to be available
Easy and fast, loving it! Ordered, they came in under a week, what more could I ask for...
I finally received my purchase after waiting 10 days for the shipment to reach my home. The original purchase was lost, but a representative did make good ( I don't blame Pacas but I be put the issue on the shipping company).
Loved the products. Just wish I hadn't bought the stock box. Very cheap could have bought one at the store for cheaper and better quality
It was hard to get auto-pay to work
Great fit, fun designs and my order came quickly…….
First of all, it came, not to my door, but to the nearest post office. That is because I had to pay Canadian import tax. Almost $23.00! Then the sox fit well, and they are certainly warm. However, the elastic on the rib is too tight for my ankles and legs. I am thinking of carefully clipping the elastic on one pair, with small manicure scissors, but I am afraid to ruin the sox. What to do… Returning them is not an option, because I have to pay an additional cost for that… So I will risk one pair, and I will offer the others as Christmas gifts… Sad…
Arrived in a timely fashion. The socks are just what I was expecting. Very soft, and moderately thick. They do keep your feet warm, and comfortable.
Issue was resolved. Discount code was applied and refunded as promised. Thank you for assistance with order.

This is my second order from the site. Love the designs and quality of the socks. I bought a set for myself, my wife and my mother this time. Everyone is always happy with the gift. Great options and easy to find what I was looking for.
Great website. Easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Checkout was simple.
Ordering was simple. Delivery was fine. Unfortunately the socks were tight on my ankles when I wore them. I had tried them on and they seemed to fit. Then I washed them and tried to wear them. I will try to stretch them. Would not order again.
Website is organized and easy to use.
Have not received socks. Please send! My grand daughter needs her socks. Stop messing around!
Not much to pick from limited options
Ordering was easy! Hope the socks are as awesome!
UPDATE:
Got the socks. They're all right. Not as soft as I was expecting, though. Hopefully they are "warmer than wool," as advertised…
They are actually Christmas presents so cannot tell you at this time how they fit, feel, wear, wash, nothing…… in other words to be continued.
I've followed the directions to return the socks I bought because they are too thick to fit in my dress shoes. So far all I've received if this customer satisfaction survey with NO information on how to return the order and receive a refund.
Answer: While I caution using the word "scam", here's a few fun facts about PACAS: -Per label on the socks I receive, ONLY 42% ALPACA! Pacas advertises socks as 100% alpaca fleece, company email and social Media comments states 50% alpaca, website conveniently does not list fabric contents. -Pacas has claimed on IG/FB their products are manufactured in USA with alpaca fiber from Peru but no additional information is available to verify. Their packaging and website conveniently contain no manufacturing/origin information about their products. -Additionally, they have multiple conflicting statements and ads about their donations to children's hospitals and no pictures, posts, or press releases are available to support any donation claims from the company. -Since March 2022, they have accumulated 3k+ reviews just on sitejabber. Most of those reviews appear to be "verified site experience" in exchange for a coupon code and many are clearly FAKE. It appears the company is attempting to cover up real reviews from customers that never received their orders. They have also deleted hundreds of comments on social media from unhappy customers with incorrect, defective or missing orders. *See FTC site for regulations and guidelines for wool/textile labeling, "made in USA" labeling, shipping fulfillment and reviews/endorsements, as well as an online form for consumers to report fraudulent behavior and concerning business practices.
Answer: Totally unresponsive to my emails. Thankfully used PayPal so was able to open a complaint. Was a total waste of time and created unnecessary stress during an already stressful time.
Answer: My guess is that many of the reviews are not made by real customers.
