Oznium

They are way over priced and customer service is horrible. They pretend to care in their online forum etc, but they really are bad when it comes to resolving problems. With the overly inflated prices, you would expect good customer service. Better off going to those china source websites and buying directly from china as you can now buy 1 or two if you want to far less then this guy is charging for the same thing. In fact you can probably buy 5-6 of the same item and with shipping it would be cheaper then buying a single one from Oznium.com

I'm a recent customer and would have to say my past experience was outstanding the employees were very friendly and went above and beyond with helping me at the time. They found out what was wrong and fixed my problem that day. They were always friendly. I would like to say thank you.

I bought a couple of LED lights from Oznium. One for the dome and another LED strip. The LED dome light just didn't fit (not their fault) but the LED strip did not work.

So they authorized a return for both items. Then calls me up to tell me the LED strip works and he will be charging me a restocking fee.
I was never told or ever saw anything about a restocking fee for returned items at the time of purchase.

If I had know of a restocking fee I would have purchased the times somewhere else as I now will never buy another item from this site again.

I checked the LED strip three times and it just did not work, plain and simple.

At first I was skeptical about buying the LED lights. I wanted a small light that could easily mount above the center console in my RAM Tradesman. It was difficult to see the cupholder or anything in the console at night. I didn't want anything super bright or as dim as a match stick, either. It's a little brighter than I wanted, but it is not so bright that it reflects off of the windshield. It definitely makes it easy to see a pack of gum or mints at night. I ordered a second one to mount in the back of the van to make it easier to find things in the back. I haven't installed it yet, but I will edit my post when I do.

Thier product descriptions are false. If you view the Weatherproof LED Ribbon page there is a video where the spokesmodel says... "The ribbon is sold by the foot and you let us know how many feet you want and we send you one long ribbon to the exact size you request. Wether its 1 foot or 50, what ever you want. So I tried to order a ribbon of 18 feet which is between 1 and 50 right? I was told I have to order 100 minimum. WTF? The video clearly says we will send you ONE (1) Long strip in the size you want. It does not say you have to buy 100 pieces. When I confronted the company they said that if I want to order the one piece, they will have to make it custom in china and i will have to pay more for the item plus pay for express shipping from china to the tune of $200? WTF? This company is a rip-off.

Product quality: was good, now GREAT with new items.

Wanted to put a few things into perspective for some of these reviews. I've been an oznium customer for about 5 years now. At first I thought it was faulty service, but then realized it was faulty product. If you call them, if you email them or if you just go to their website and CHAT with them they will be extremely helpful and make sure you're taken care of. The owner is extremely intelligent and if there is a big problem with something, he'll be the first to step in correct a fix. Oznium seems like they just redid some operation as they offer custom stuff for their 'in house build's' they are able to do. So product seems to be a LOT better these last 2 years. "Spencer" is an incredible customer service expert and knows so much about the product. They'll test something for you on spot in their warehouse. Thank you for the incredible customer service over the last few years!

Also, for this forum thing, you have to understand, random people on the forum that is a small group of like 5 guys go on there and check on it. We have fun and keep in touch. It's even less now thanks to Facebook. Don't hate a company for the few randoms that go on there to spam.

I would give them an 8/5 stars because how great they are. Cannot wait to see what they have next to bring.
