Have bought a couple of iPhone from them, always the best prices in town, speedy delivery. The product is as advertised - unlike some Hong Kong and China suppliers which often mislead customer with false advertising. Items are shipped very promptly and arrive excellent condition.
Although had small problem with one of the iPhone, contacted the support department which worked professionally and promptly to resolve the "locking" of the phone.
Highly recommended supplier, will buy from them again.

I purchased a used phone from this mob, the battery was better than my current phone! A few marks on the back. Quick delivery.
Ordered and paid for a new iphone 6. I received an open box with items missing and the phone had been used for 6 hours and 27 minutes.
When I asked for an explanation they initially treated my complaint as if I had a problem with the battery. Once I made it clear that they supplied a used mobile telephone, and not a new one, they tried to spin a story that they must open the new telephones to test them. They are simply liars. I paid $500 for a new phone and received a used phone.
I could have obtained exactly the same thing from doggy ebay sellers for half of the price.
Ozmobile is not a reputable Australian company. I believe they buy good reviews from websites like Freelancer or Fiver. Please be very carefully people. Ozmobile ripped me off and is likely to do the same to you.
We've dealt a number of times with Ozmobiles. We wouldn't have been back had they not performed. They deliver what they promise and the best we can say is that we'll be back next trime.
Wrong charger for phone, customer service was polite but when it came down to anything that costs them money to solve the problem, they refused. Anywhere else (ebay amazon, etc) would be more professional and a better option.
I bought a second hand phone from oz, the phone looked in great condition. It developed a fault after 4-5 months and I took it TO APPLE and they still replaced it, great value
