People I'm here again writing a review, its is about three weeks after my last review nothing changed yet. The shipping label is now saying package is on it's way. The customer service is poor ill not shop with them again. They sell African clothing Nasty little people take your money and don't keep up with you.

Pictures. U can't just go on my Etsy page and take pics of all my top selling items and photoshop different fabric options. This is the 5th item. It seem to be a normal thing but I do not approve of you using my pictures and work. I have try to reason with u but seem like u are a rock!

It's simple. You buy an item. You return item with receipt, tracking #, and I paid for return shipping. It's called the honor system.
Literally, opened the package when I received it, looked at it with disgust, but tried it on and not satisfied. Went to USPS and returned. That simple.
USPS states delivered and (seller) received the returned dress, provided PDF proof to PayPal and OWAME. PayPal repeats any dispute to contact OWAME. I sent emails because there is no phone number to contact and my emails are ignored. The dress did not look like same quality or color as on the website. It ran way too small. I wear small and ordered small and it fit like an xxxsmall. It's been already 3 months and still emails are ignored, they kept my $97.97 +shipping payment and the dress that I returned. DO NOT purchase from OWAME. PayPal has lost my loyalty as well.
Well my experience is different with owame, they told me told me it take 8 days for their processing time, which i understand because I needed it customized. My stuff came through which took about 3 weeks but I am quite happy with it.
The shoes are coming to you via UPS. I would like my refund not a credit.
1. The shoes are to big I ordered a 6.5 men EURO 39. They are a Euro 40.
2. The shoes took over a month to get here due to them not coming from Atlanta GA but from China. In a styrofoam wrapped package.
3.the shoes are some kind of plastic no leather at all. They cost over $101.20.
Not worth the price at all.

I have been charged instantly after the order and I have been waiting over a month now. No response to emails the DHL express number provided is invalid according to DHL agent. They do not have any phone contact to speak to them. I am preparing to file a dispute with my bank for a fee to get my money back.

I ordered a dress from this website and I requested a certain date and when they told me they could not fulfill my order by that date. I requested my money back, I still have not received my money and PayPal is doing investigation. I had to tell my friends and people, I know not to order from this website unless you want to get robbed! I'm going to report them to the better business bureau.
I was looking for African Print Dress for a friend wedding that is when i found this website owame clothing, the dress on it is so beautiful, enough dress to choose from, i was skeptical at first, after going through almost all the site, i decided purchase ankara bow gown, it was so eye catching that i decided to also purchase a shoe to go with it right away! I bought a dresses and 1 pair of shoe! The shoe looks great with a gorg sparkle on top. Doll, it takes 19 days to 21 days to receive it. Will probably shop there again.

I am so flattered that you like the dress. I don't mind u making a copy of yours, but to steal my exact picture is beyond me! If i could give it a zero star I would. The lady o guy was rude. I was online shopping for a dress, then I found the one but the thing is I couldn't find he right size. So I went from website to website trying to find a website with the right size then I found it on owame so my mom and I decided to buy it knowing that the website said It would be here in 8 days and I would have it in time for the school dance its been 13 days and I still haven't received it. Anyways I hope this is helpful to anyone trying to buy something on this website.
I ordered two of the same dresses in different sizes to try on what fitted best to my figure. I had received two completely DIFFERENT dresses and they were not even the correct sizing. The dresses were sent from China so the quality is SUPER CHEAP and see-through. On top of it I have reached out to the company three times and I have had no response. Most likely will take these ugly dresses to a resale shop to try and get some of my money back. DO NOT SHOP HERE

You refuse to send us your order number or name, you said you order it by mistake yesterday, but you are not the only one that bought from us yesterday, you only refer to yourself as milk& honey.
I ordered from Owame for some heels for my wedding. The shoes are known as' Knsvvli T belt crystal high heel shoes woman gemstone heel buckle banquet shoes women pumps green wine red velvet zapatos mujer'. My order was confirmed November 23,2019. I emailed them several time (December 7th through January 5th) in regards to not receiving my order. They asked me for order number and my name, I provided it. They responded if I needed the shoes quicker I should have put in for an expressed shipping. However they did say they would throw something into the order to make up for it. Which I didn't care about that. I just wanted what I paid for. After me sending the email (December 27th) they began ignoring my emails. I kept emailing month after month still nothing back. I noticed when I first put the China Post tracking number in the first time it said it could not be found. They told me wait a while. Typed it in again like two weeks later and it still said it couldn't be found. At this point I knew something was up. I texted them again Jun 23rd, 2020... Guess what they asked me for my order number and I provided (I also sent them a screen shot of my order and the number showing). Which they stopped responding to my emails again. I want a refund and I will make sure OWAME is taken down. It's sickening that a brand can be so greedy and steal from hard working people. You are literally bull$#*!ting people. If I could give OWAME 0 STARS I would. Also you can't contact them cause they don't have a number.
Also pictures are attached below just incase they try to lie like they have been known to do.
If anyone know of any legal action I can take against this company please don't hesitate to let me know.
