I had an extremely frustrating experience with this service. After reaching out for support multiple times, I felt completely ignored and dismissed. The responses I received were slow, unhelpful, and lacked any real understanding of my issue. Instead of providing a clear solution, I was met with endless back-and-forth and no resolution in sight.
It's clear that they don't take customer concerns seriously. Their support team needs better training on how to actually help. It's incredibly frustrating to waste time on a company that clearly doesn't value its customers.
This company is an absolute scam! I paid for a service that was promised, but I never received anything in return. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for support, I was completely ignored. Not only did they take my money, but they also failed to provide the service I paid for.
The lack of response and complete disregard for customers' issues is unbelievable. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. It's a waste of money, and you'll get nothing in return.
I'll be spreading the word everywhere I can about this fraudulent company.

The support do not read all your questions and take an absolute age to respond, if they even do reply.
OVH offers the best VPS at reasonable prices in various locations without compromising the quality, I experienced that OVH and DedicatedCore are the two providers that offer low-cost VPS with all security features. I can add both to my wish list as the cheapest VPS providers.
They are not delivering the product as described. And they do dept collect on products that dont even work has not been deliverd. Watch out with these guys! They scam you.

The VERY slow support and billing service, but it's not the main.
The main is: we received the message that our bare metal host will be switched off in 15 minutes. Of course, we didn't have enough time to do anything and host was powered off.
After this incident we had a week+ conversation with support. No sorry, no compensation. Their position that "it was the scheduled maintenance" because they had written about it somewhere in their status page that we even hand't known about. If you want to know about their PLANNED maintenances you shoud check their updates by yourself.
Btw a half a year ago I tried to learn their prices to set up a few dozens new bare metal hosts. I wrote 3 times to their Sales using different ways but no one answered me. I tried to reach their Sales via their support because we had an account but received an answer "we can't help you, bye". Wow.

I open a ticket in OVH no response for 24hours, am looking now for refund same no response am idiot to use ovh without checking in (trust pilot) 2.2 points they let me think before i do this mistake, they give me a fake space 20gb gone fast without doing anything we just start 20gb of SSD go fast i delete some files but the space still changed every seconde i check my space with cmd DF every seconde add space ask him why this happen no response. The french company use Fraud. They response just in trust pilot. Be carefully before using any service from french company they all use fraud if you wan't to use french company check if they have paypal as payment method.
2 problems in the same month. I had a website with an application for patient tracking that cost me $20,000. The email associated with my account was that of my programmer who no longer works for the company. During the renewal, I was never notified and when I realized the problem, it was too late, there was no way to recover my site, I lost everything. Another problem that I just had, I reserved a domain name a month ago. I received the confirmation of the domain name as expected. I went to install WordPress on the website, received confirmation that everything was done, tested it, and it didn't work. I opened a ticket, which they closed telling me that everything was correct. I opened more tickets, and the same scenario played out every time, they told me that everything was correct. They told me to call CIRA to confirm my domain name, and that they would resolve everything quickly. I called CIRA and after talking with the support, the guys told me that the domain is not reserved... I call OVH to tell the new and two minutes later, they cancelled my invoice without even telling me. I called OVH for more details, and they told me that there was a registration problem and they decided to cancel it, the easiest thing for them to do.
I paid 266 Euros to get VPS service on 15.02.2023, but they asked for a national ID or passport because the information was missing. They stated that since I did not agree to send, the refund would take between 9 and 14 days and this process was not in their hands. There are also inconsistencies in the messages they wrote on different dates. It's now been 23 days since the payment and they still haven't refunded.
If I could give OVH ZERO star I would gladly!
I was with OVH for nearly 10 years and thought they were a good company. How wrong I was!
They took my whole server offline for over 2 days with over 36 high level clients on it just because one of my clients' website was hacked with phishing files. Despite the phishing files being deleted the minute we were notified by the OVH Abuse team on Friday morning, they still took down the server on Friday night for the whole weekend. It's now Monday afternoon and they still have not put my server back online. The tech support says I have to wait for the email from Abuse team because they can't do anything due to being a separate Dept. I sent the numerous emails to their Abuse team with no response since Friday! And I am still waiting. As a result, I lost 8 clients as of today over the weekend and over $15,000 in revenue from those clients. I am speaking to a lawyer about suing OVH for loss of business and bad business practice. WARNING! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH OVH! THEY ARE THE WORST!

Opening OVH dashboard is really slow, sometimes doesn t open and need to reload the page. Email is not working, i tried different guide but still can t figure why is not working. The customer care in forst place said can t help on this matter. After i requested for refund then they wlling to help. Now they asked to configure MX, and give me a link to read. After configure still not working. I paid the service since 12-09-22. Today is 27 and the email is still not working. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Everything seems to have gone to garbage with OVH. It's like what happened with their servers a couple of years ago: a dumpster fire. The interface is HORRIBLE, some times it doesn't even load and you're stuck endlessly waiting for it to just display. I'll have time to write my review before this garbage loads.
The UI is horrible and I can't understand why they don't do anything about that. They have millions and improving the UX would make a big difference in getting and keeping customers.
The second thing that is appaling is their customer and technical support. If you want to TALK to someone, just to take an answer about an error that may be caused by their garbage service, you have to pay a hefty annual fee! It's so gross.
The only reason I keep domain names to OVH is because they wouldn't transfer it quickly and I'd have websites down for a week or two. But even as a registrar their service sucks because their interface is so bad.
It pains me to say that as it's a French service and I'd like to support it. But if you're a new customer, stay away from that host. It's really, really bad.

This is an absolute nightmare of a company: whenever you have a problem, you are directed to standard "solutions" for whatever question you have, which never lead to a resolution of the problem. They are also impossible to contact. I would definitely look elswhere for your hosting.

You cannot buy a server in Europe while living in the USA, OVH employees have never helped, they only send it to another department. Or the region, this suggests that the company only cares about payment and not the convenience of customers!
Absolutely unsatisfied at what I thought was a reputable business and service, only to discover that they try using extortion and blackmail type tactics to extract money out of loyal customers who wish to downgrade, then to top it off suspend services which are needed for ongoing business even after having made payment but due to their errors and inaction, one would have thought they would be more swift to expedite such issues where they are liable to prevent litigation, but seems their customer services, support ticket service and to top it off their claims department is in on the extortion and really don't care! I shall post ongoing updates on this matter.

Answer: You're on your own. Consider no support at all. Usually response is so delayed that the server already burned down to dust or a resolution is no longer required.
