How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at OVH?

You're on your own. Consider no support at all. Usually response is so delayed that the server already burned down to dust or a resolution is no longer required.

The ovh customer service is just a joke. Submitted more ticket, called sevral times, but no answer...

It is easy to contact them, but insanely difficult to get a response, let alone a resolution.
