After the fire they just concentrated to their infrastructures. They leaved alone their customers without service and without data. An auxialary server for the customers it would have been a solution for a rapid interaction to the users keep somehow they work (eg. Load back from a local backup). But they did not communcated directly with the customers (ovh did not replied to the tickets and did not picked up the phones. And ovh did not given any help to the users) whos therefore lost lots of work, money and business (a complete life). They caused for the customers a very big damage! It seems for ovh the customer is not important, just the customer's money.
