I booked flights to Italy. We paid for seats we chose.
My daughter upgraded us and i contacted Ovago for a refund for the seats we would not use.
They refused.
After many emails back and forth they offered two 100 vouchers...good for the DAY they sent the email. NOT EVEN ONE DAY!
This is not acceptable...i will never use them again and will warn whoever i can against them.

I booked a flight on business class from YYZ to USM a few weeks ago.
I specifically spent almost 2 hrs getting that done, selecting the seats with your agent.
I looked on the Philippine Airlines site, which is down more times than not, so I can't even manage my booking on there. Then I go to your Help section (obviously a bot - Violet) and it can't confirm my seats either. What a mess! How then do I know that I have the seats I paid for and selected?
What happens when it's time to check in when I can't even access the Philippine Arlines site?
In all my years of flying (since 1976!) I've never had this much trouble, not even on economy tickets, not to talk of business class.
Your bot can't even provide the business lounges I can use in Toronto or Bangkok!

I had both my flights rescheduled. And it was a scary situation. My travel with two elderly family members were spreadout b/w multiple days, with almost no way out. I purchased an international flight ticket on Ovago, without realizing that a "NONE" was added as my middle name in the e-ticket issued by Ovago when I have no middle name on my passport. This almost costed my boarding.
Please fix you website - when a passenger has no middle name, don't put "NONE" as a middle name

This resulted in significant financial loss, emotional distress, and disruption of important family events. The company's customer service was unhelpful, and the offered resolution was unacceptable. I booked a flight with Ovago foreseeing a layover at JFK. After some days I was notified that the time for the layover was reduced by 1 hour and I deemed it was too risky to catch the connecting flight. I asked to rebook the in bound flight to an earlier one which was available. They kept promising that it would be confirmed within 24-48 hours. But nothing happened, nobody recontacted me, I had to call everyday to check status, having to re-explain everything to someone who would repeat the same story over and over.
Finally after 2 weeks and endless calls they wrote me that the flight could not be changed.
In summary: Ovago, never again

When my husband and I booked our trip to Egypt, we booked it in February for this month (November). My husband traveled ahead of myself and our three kids because he was scuba diving before we joined him for a family trip. They wouldn't let me book the four of us (myself and the three kids) on one reservation, so I had to book a reservation for my son and I and then for my other two children on another reservation. Over time, as the reservations kept getting changed due to flight schedule changes, I had to confirm those changes. Each time, I tried to assure that all four of us still had the same itinerary. I called Ovago's customer service several times, and each time they assured me that all four of us would be on the same flights. We arrived at the airport this morning, and our reservations were different. Because I was the only guardian traveling, and my reservation was earlier than my two kids on the separate reservation, they wouldn't let us fly. I had to call Lufthansa Airlines myself to reschedule and was on the phone with them for 2 hours. We had purchased a tour, and the kids and I will miss the first day (including the Giza pyramids and the Sphinx) due to this mixup. I've read some other bad reviews of similar things happening (they continue to change the itineraries until people cancel). I wouldn't recommend this company for booking flights.

Tickets purchased from Ovago with a transfer in Milan. The confirmation email makes it seem like a regular transfer, only when I am at the departure airport the airline informs me that I have to go through customs in Milan collect my bags and check-in with the second airline - all in 2 hours while hoping for no delays. Be warned, Ovago will put you in this situation and will claim no responsibility for it. Once you purchase your ticket you will be on your own - oh except the incessant phone calls you will receive to sell you extras until the day of your flight.

1200 dollars Refund refused
Turkish airlines Flight was cancelled, and the company refused to give refund of 1200 dollars which I spent since October 2020. Case is being handled by US department of Transportation. Never book with them. They will loot your money and fill their pockets
