I do not write reviews - but in this case, this company deserves an accurate review. I recently purchased trekking poles and they were delivered ahead of schedule, well-packed, and exactly what I was looking for. The person who packed the box stamped his name on the package, and I would like to give him a shout out for the care he took in packaging.,

Never ever purchase from Outland USA. If I could give negative Stars I would. The are Refuse to provide a refund for a confirmed returned Jacket. Spend you money elsewhere. I am out over $425.00.

I was on the search for a specific brand and color pair of capris and they were no where to be found from any seller. I came across this site on Amazon and found they had my desired item. Click, ordered and then they arrived in the mail. Very happy. Thank you OutlandUSA. I would not hesitate to order from this seller.

Looked at all the reviews but still decided to give them a try anyways and disappointed like all the other customers. Had to call because I received an order refund without a reason. Once I called, they claimed the item wasn't in stock anymore but even posted it back on their site and Amazon which was at a higher price. Claimed it's an error but seems very fishy almost like they changed their mind on the price and just said it was out of stock so they can sell it higher. Trust the reviews and just buy elsewhere.

I have been waiting for over a month to receive my refund of 212.00 and every time I call I get voicemail. They list 4 lines you can connect to and each one of them is just another voicemail. This is not how you do business. I advice you do not do business with this organization.

I just received two of the cutest pairs of shoes! One pair is Dansko sandals (tried & true awesome brand I love) the others are OTBT sandals (my first purchase but they look like they will be comfortable & will last). They both fit great! But the best thing is that I ordered these Friday! This is Monday & they're already here! I'm amazed at how fast they arrived. The pricing is excellent & I love the selection. This is my first time buying from OutlandUsa, but won't be my last. I'm in an industry where everything is delayed right now & truly I'm so impressed by the speed my shoes arrived. So happy I tried them. Highly recommend (& I read reviews before I buy too).

BEWARE; OUTLAND USA is one of the WORST online companies, they practice nasty, unorthodox and manipulative tactics in sales. First, we ordered a bike helmet that was advertised on their website. The price they had online was advertised and used as bait, it was lower than most online retailers. They do that to lure you into buying their products, once the order was placed; we received an email after couple of days informing us that the product we ordered in not available and they will be happy to make a substitution for another helmet for free. That's where it gets tricky. We searched their online store for another bike helmet and we only found two helmets of the same size we need available on their online store. However, the price for these two helmets were way OVERPRICED and UNREALISTIC compared with other online retailers. As a matter of fact, I directed the representative assisting us to another online store that has the same helmet he was trying to sell us and was selling for HALF of their PRICE. He even joked about it, and I said "I should buy one for myself at this price". He tried very hard to trick us into buying one of their helmets at the inflated advertised price for the substitution and pay for the difference in price. We refused and asked him to honor the email and the pledge the company made to us when they did apologize for not fulfilling the order and offered a free substitution, but he totally refused. His goal was to score a sale and make us pay the extra monies for the helmet. In my opinion, I find this company to be a SCAM and their representatives are very well trained to practice the lowest class of deceit and devious ways to connive and trick customers into buying a product from them at a very unreasonable price. BEWARE and AVOID dealing with such a company that lacks moral standards, professionalism and has the poorest customer service.
