Collars are too stiff for my dogs. They are used to natural leather which is softer and that's what I will be ordering. I have requested a return permission to return these collars but have NOT had the courtesy of a reply, so I would not deal with this company again.
Don't like to have to comment to place an order. Package was damaged in shipping and an item fell out of the package. Sent an email and the missing item was shipped that day. Great customer service.
