These collars are great replacements to the originals, actually they are much better then the originals. Bought a set for the trainer collar and one set for dog watch fence. All four collars are great.

Ordered two brass name plates. This was to be attached to the side of a handmade wood cutting board. I am a hobbyist and this was my first cutting board. The text is NOT in a straight line as shown on the samples on the website. Not what I expected, not what was shown on web site. See attached picture. Price was very reasonable, but the photos on the website should reflect the product that is being sent out.

THANK GOD! My little Basset hound rescue dog kept coming out of her collar. I bought her several other collars but this one is the best! The free personalization brass name plate is a GOD send. I had been problems with hanging dog tags coming off, getting lost and even getting stuck in air vents in our house. My big dog likes to lay on the air vents to cool down and the tags would get stuck in it. It was scary. This collar with the flat brass name tag solved that problem. One day my girl dog stuck her head thru a farm fence to look at deer and the hanging dog tags got stuck. This is a nice sturdy collar and fits her great. Thank GOD! Prayers answered.
I placed my order for a collar on the 18th of August, 2021. I emailed the company and got no response. It still wasn't here by September so I called the first weekend of September and they said someone would get back to me. No one did. So I called the following week and they say the collar got lost in the mail and a new one will be sent out. I get a call today saying that the collar size and color is on back order. I tell the person I just want my money back and they hang up on me! Horrible. The worst experience I've had with online shopping by far.
This is my second order of tags, the tags were exactly as I ordered and were delivered quicker than. These tags are simple, lightweight and very cost affordable, and work! I have a lab that likes to visit our neighbors and the tag is easy to read so I get calls to come pick her up.
I received my order quickly and everything went smoothly. Still waiting on my hoodie which is on back order but I would recommend outdoor dog supply to my hunting buddies for sure.

We received your email on Sunday, August 29th informing us that your package was missing. We replied the next morning at 9:20 AM and told you that the package appeared stuck or lost, and to reach out to us that Wednesday if you hadn't received it. The calls over the weekend as calls are taken by an answering service, who forward callback info to our customer service reps. We apologize for failing to call you back if that is the case. You called the next Thursday, September 9th, inquiring about the status of the package, and we informed you that it was still lost, and we would reship it. The customer service rep who assisted you was not aware that we are now out of the particular size and color collar that you ordered, as it was backordered with the manufacturer. We called you back the next day and left a voicemail, and you called back about an hour later at 12:58 PM. When you informed that customer service rep that you would like a refund she replied "Absolutely, yeah we can go ahead and cancel and refund the order for you." to which you replied "Okay, Thank you" after which the call ended. Your refund was processed 4 minutes later at 1:02 pm. While it is unfortunate that your package was lost, that is a failure of the post office and outside of our control. We strive for excellent customer service, and while it is unfortunate the situation unfolded as it did, we strongly feel that we did the best we could for you under the circumstances.
