Ordering online was simple. The collar selection was great as was the color selection. My collar shipped and got here faster than I thought it would being the Christmas season and all. Unfortunately once I got it and charged it I started using it on my dog and realized she didn't react to the zap like her other collar so I took it off to see how the settings were. Needless to say it is defective. Sending back to Garmin now who also was great to deal with to get a replacement! It sucks that I won't have it for some time but I am sure they will get it fixed or replaced.
