I love the automation of the service and the meaningful and relevant content. The ability to add customized content is great, because it allows me to automate content while preserving the "personality" of my brand and not making it look too automated. Customer service has always been responsive and timely, and my account manager is super easy to get ahold of.
They're very responsive, helpful, the support is great. The ability to create video from still pictures, post to facebook and Youtube automatically is a timesaver.

This company takes the stress and confusion out of online marketing. Their sales team needs a major upgrade to remove their $#*! attitudes. We are agents that get countless sales calls a day. I always take the call and listen to their initial sales pitch; don't cut them off. The last thing any of us want is one of these sales reps with an attitude because I let them know I'm not interested. This is the second time they have called me now - does the request to be added to their "Do Not Call List" even exist anymore?
