Good service but is a bit on the expensive side. It is easy to use and it has helped us a lot with keeping in touch with current and past clients, as well as networking and bringing in new leads.
Outbound Engine eliminates the guesswork and extra time spent researching content and trying to find things that make sense on social media platforms. It meets my marketing needs and is consistent and reliable. It saves our marketing department's time, as they can focus on innovating, researching, etc. rather than generating content for social media. My clients are able to see consistent activity without it seeming too salesy and targeted, and we've seen a spike in lead generation since beginning to use Outbound Engine.

A TOTAL OF 7 DAYS AND THEY WILL NOT CANCEL THE SERVICE. THE INITLA SALES CALL PROMISED THIS AND THAT AND EVERYTHING WILL BE AUTOMATED. THE 2ND CALL CAME 5 DAYS LATER FRO SET UP ON A ZOOM CALL. I WAS TOLD I HAD AN HOUR BUT THE GUY RUSHED ME OFF IN LESS THAN 40 MINTUES. NEVER FULLY SET UP. 10 DAYS INTO IT STILL NOT FULLYS ET UP WITH ITEMS PROMISED. NOW THEY WILL NOT LET ME CANCEL UNLESS I PAY 6 MONTHS OF SERVICE----FREAKIN JOKE----TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Three months ago, I requested to cancel my service. To date, no one has called me. Their system is set up for a manager to call me and discuss my options. They never called! They keep sending my campaigns and charging me for a service that does not work. In two years not one single lead. Their system does not work. Very upset at no return of calls. I will never use this company ever!

OutboundEngine has been very straightforward and simple to use. I completed a one year commitment with the program that provide limited benefit. I had conversations and received an email confirming cancellation however 10 days later I was billed for another month's fee with my account closed.
I contacted the company via email, multiple phone calls and no one has returned my call to provide a credit.
I would not recommend this company to anyone because of their poor customer service.
