Worst E-commerce shopping site ever in UAE.

I have placed an order through ourshopee.com website more than a week ago for a refrigerator and it shows 10 days for the delivery, it has pass 10 days and no update. I have called several times on company number but I have got no response.

What kind of service they providing to the customers. I am waiting for my goods from the last ten days. This sort of unprofessional behavior can result in losing their customers.

Finally got a call on eleventh days and saying we are out of stock for the item and can we replace it with a different brand.

DONT wast your money and time with this web site.

I ordered two PC components on 31 Jan with a delivery date of 5 Feb. On 5 Feb the order was not "Packed" yet. I sent several emails regarding the delay and only one was answered. Calling phone support was a nightmare. I gave up after holding for 33 minutes. Finally reached support and asked to have my order cancelled. This lead to more delays and the refund process is utter torture. I will NEVER buy from OurShopee com again. It's not worth the drama and effort.

Everybody please avoid purchase from this cheating website, because I purchased one s20plus last month January 6. The delivery date after 5 days, they called me after two days then said, they don't have that item but they can provide from other sellers not only that I need to pay extra amount. Then I said, no impossible and Item was cancelled. The cancelled date 14th January. They said giving the money back within one week, after one week I called again they said, need more then one week. I said ok, Again and again Called them, they said 4 days. Today I called them (1-2-2022) now they are saying 15 days. It is so cheating, don't purchase anything from here, now I'm going for compliant against them because they stole 2709 DHS and see the screen short

My Nord 10 Received Today. It arrived before my Expectations date. Good Packing, Good Service and the Delivery Guy( Noor)awesome Service. I Love the way they make Customer Happy. I received my order damage and I am stuck with gas insulation from 4 months ago no response any calls or messages to replace my product

Whoever read my comment, kindly don't buy anything's from ourshoppe it's kind of of fraud an scam coz i have faced the so much of difficult to deal with them, i have order 1 iphone which cost me 1500 and i have so much of issue with the Phone and i complaint and as per them they fixed it, after an week again there is issue with the touch and customer care are not responding your call and text,

This is the worst online shop to deal with.
Delay in shipping and may be you will not get your ordered item nor your money back.
Customer service are horrible and always lying.
Stay away of this company or order on your risk.
I am pretty sure that all positive review are just paid reviews.

Worst online service. Beware do not order from ourshoppe. I placed order last Oct 24,2021.
One of their representative called on Nov 07,2021 and informed that my order is ready for delivery but I have to pay extra 100 aed and i should hand over it to the driver.
I said Ok proceed with the delivery. I waited for 2 days again and on Nov 10 they called and informed that my order is ready for delivery but I have to pay extra 200. See how inconsistent their customer service. They are not Committed to the price of the item posted in their site.
Ourshoppee is like a thieves.
They don't value their customer worst from that they FOOLING the customer.
Don't dare to order they just deduct your money and will not deliver the order.

My Oder number is *******Z703M. I never get my oder and non of them reply my email and never answer my call. I did big mistake in my life to oder from this website. I will never ever visit this website. Such a website they should closed if they can't handle

They deduct the money then no answering on the phone, no reply on emails, no reply on what's app and at the end they didn't deliver your order

I have bought a Tissot watch using by Ourshopee app. After 8 month usage the strap color was fading out and I went to Tissot showroom. They say they cant replace it, only they can change the strap. Then I reported this to ourshopee and they gave me brand new watch with updated model. I really like their service. Highly recommended online portal. I have same experience with other products with noon. They did refund with deducting service cost. But they way ourshopee customer service did was professional

This is by far my favorite site to shop on! All in one, great prices and such good service! I always got the exact product I ordered and which is similar to the photos which they are showing on their website. Shipping is also amazing! Basically in short: I LOVE OURSHOPEE.COM
