Easy enough, not much selection for what I wanted, though. Customer service did give me a phone number for Springboost. They are tough to get a hold of. Shipment arrived timely. No problems. Would buy from again if the search finds them otherwise I will probably forget.

Purchased Orthaheel sandals at local dept store to relieve my heel pain and was pleased. The dept store was limited in styles, so I searched the website for more options and found inserts as well as flip-flops. I have been very pleased with my purchases.
