It's was as expected
Was very easy to navigate and order product. Wish there were a few more choices available. Love the product though. It has done the trick.
The style was not to my liking.
Boots are great but the excuses and customer services leave much to be desired. I ordered them on Nov 18 and received them Dec 6. I really don't care if Thanksgiving weekend was in there. They were supposed to be delivered much earlier and it would have been nice to receive an apology instead of lame excuses. And by the way, I was told they were shipped Nov 27 and the postage mark on the package says Dec 1.
