I like my sandals and delivery was excellent. The arch is a little high for me but as I wear them they become more comfortable.

I needed expedited shipping you did not give me that option. Came too late. And we called the day after we ordered and talk to a customer service rep and ask how we can do that and we were getting no options they told us it was too late when's the order was placed. Incredibly disappointed

I will be returning the shoes I bought. They looked cuter in the picture. In person they look too old for me. They are good quality and do seem like they'd be very comfortable, but I still want to look fashionable.

Price was very high however.
If they could lower their price by 50%, then it would be a Grand Slam home run all the way around.
The sandals were good except the straps on one foot are more loose than the other foot. Trying to figure out how to tighten the straps where they attach on the side.

My purchase was as advertised and the delivery was timely. Orthotics offers discount coupons, and unfortunately mine was not applied at checkout; a simple email and they were eager to see that I received my discount.
The particular brand of slippers that I purchased were well made and worth the purchase price; however, the sizes ran very small. After communicating with the store via email, they emailed me a return label and I was able to return the order in less than a week.
The way that they responded to my concerns makes this store a keeper.

When I find a shoe that I really like, my size is not available.i don't find the wide size to be any wider than the medium I by in a shoe store. Maybe the extra wide would fit better. But it's not always available.
