Orthoticshop did a very nice job with packaging and delivery. But, I had to return the product as it did not fit-the product wasn't consistent with the sizing of past purchases with the same shoe company. The services were one company and the product was a different company so that question should be separated and restated.
I am now, waiting to see how the return and refund processing goes with this company. Hopefully, as stellar as the purchasing and mailing.

Was very pleased with the quick delivery. Thought the product was too expensive but it is doing it's job.
I need to return these shoes. They seem to be made for someone with chronically swollen feet. While the right length and my size, even with the inserts my feet slip right out. They are super comfortable and I wish my feet better fit them.

I love the comfort of the orthotic insoles. I wish I had found you years ago.
I do have custom orthotics from my foot doctor but they were $600 and my feet have changed with age. They were plaster fitted 3 years ago.
