I was delighted to find the most comfortable soft shoes with tough but flexible soles, but no hard seams biting into my skin. They look great, and fasten by a convenient, quick and secure velcro strap. I could not find anything like it at any local retailer, and this pair cost $50 less than the best shoes I was offered during my disappointing shopping trips!
My first time using this site for buying shoes. I needed something that sold in wide sizes and not many places do. I've only used the shoes for a short time, so I'm still testing them out but good so far.
The shopping experience was great and will hold off on giving 5 stars for shopping from this site again until I receive my order
Received order in timely fashion. Had to return for exchange because turned out shoes run big for size.

The item is just as ordered and I'm so glad the slippers finally arrived. They were scheduled for delivery on Friday to be given as a gift and unfortunately did not arrive until Monday. Deeply disappointed with UPS delivery after many follow up calls but the product itself is perfect.
Wear them all the time and haven't had anymore heel problems.
My feet stay a good temperature too, not too hot or too cold; what is now referred to as "The Goldilocks effect"
Lots of good selection in the colors offered. I've had pink, beige, black & now Leopard spotted.

Never Again
Site was easy to navigate. After reading the reviews, I ordered a size smaller than usual. Fingers crossed they fit well.
Unfortunately, I will need to return these slippers. As some had said, They come off your feet as your walking. I cannot make them tight enough with the velcro. I do have a high arch and that may be why
They do not work for me.
Had trouble finding 13 Wide for my husband - was so happy you had.
He absolutely loves them and has made getting dressed much easier. They are light weight and supportive.
Great for every day walking
Ordering was easy and the 10% off was a nice bonus! I ordered a size 3 for my 6 year old granddaughter and they fit ok. These flip flops are exactly 9 inches long from the front edge to the back edge and her feet are probably about 8 inches (she's a big girl) so she may be able to wear them again next year, we'll see. They do look very comfortable but she hasn't worn them enough to see a difference in her heel pain so I can't comment on that yet.
I bought the Drew Fusion women's shoe in black. They are exactly what I wanted. They do need a little break-in time since the leather is a bit stiff. One morning of shopping should take care of that. They look and feel well made and are quite comfortable.
The USPS Priority 3-day delivery took 7 days, but it's Christmas time and all delivery seems slow. Orthoticshop.com is an excellent website but it lacks how to measure for shoe size. I had to go to another website for that but got it right. The price was great, especially since the shoe was on sale. I will definitely buy from Orthoticshop.com again.
Have been looking for a pair of these shoes for husband but no local store had them. He loves them as they give him the support he needs for his flat feet. Current sandals are 4-5 yrs old and still look good but are separating at insertion to bottom soles. He is very happy to order them. Thank you for a great product.
However, shoes were sent from amazon and on amazon receipt it said women's but shoes were men. Some concern initially.

The package arrived after about 6 weeks.three of which were spent sitting in the Israeli Post office.
I paid about $50-60 dollars for postage, so I was very dissatisfied with the delivery time. Other companies use private delivery services which guarantee delivery within two weeks.
I ordered orthopedic shoes and sandals. The shoes are sized up so I will wear them with socks. The sandals take some getting used to.
Not likely to hear from me again.

I was told 2 day service. Ordered on a Sunday, so expected them Wed. Or Thurs. And didn't get them till the following Monday. 6 work days! You sent me two sets of shoes in two boxes, so will be sending the second box, unopened, back. They are somewhat tight, so need to decide if they'll stretch, or send first set of shoes back also. Just wearing in house on carpet to see if the arch will stretch some. Thank-you.
Love free shipping! Not easy to buy shoes without trying them on but you do your best describing them and providing customer comments. Unfortunately shoe was to snug across the top of my foot and had to return them. Will try to order something different at a later time
