Not sure what happened to the people who left bad reviews but I do feel for them and their experience. But I did not. I did order my vacuum parts from the company and I've got to say that I had a smooth transition with my order. The representative was very helpful and received my parts 4 days after them taking the order. Will buy again.
Online orders are a total mess. Errors for every part search. When calling, it is a long wait to reach a person with minimal knowledge. Just all around terrible. Personal should be losing their jobs. I spent 1 hour and 23 minutes so far just trying to get parts. Now I just got sent back to the waiting list because the lady could not find the parts.

Ordered a $600-plus electronic assembly for my Generac generator online after calling customer service and confirming that I could return the part should it be the wrong one. BUT, as it turns out, electrical parts are NON-REFUNDABLE (see the small print on the very last page on their website)! When I discovered I didn't need the part after all and called the company for a return authorization, they refused even though the package had never even been opened. So I am out $654 and have no apparent recourse. Am tempted to write the Consumer Protection Agency and the NC Attorney General's Office.

First off, Overpriced parts expensive shipping and long shipping times. Horrible Customer service and no pictures on the website so you can't even see what you're buying! I ordered a certain part, the incorrect part was delivered. I tried to make a return but due to the horrible customer service it was about a week and then i gave up. I would recommend buying from any other company than these guys!
Placed order for a Generac Part. Did not get any info on shipping. Gave them credit card. Order appeared to process without ever relaying shipping. Never received a receipt via email. Have now been on hold for 35 minutes to talk to someone to confirm it went through. Chatted with Generac online in interim and their customer service is pretty much on par with ordertree.
I ordered from Ordertree and I'm told the part is on backorder, then 10 months later I email and I'm told that the part is no longer available! I was told 10 months later and after I had to email them!
This company is not to be trusted!
Horrible customer service!
Called in to say part of my order was missing. Without even looking at my order, the representative said I wasn't entitled to the parts. When she checked my order, she saw the parts were listed. She said she had to speak to a supervisor and took over 25 minutes to get back to me. She just said that's the way they come from the manufacturer so I was SOL. Called lasted 26.53 minutes. They don't back the products they sell.
I will billed a total of $96.16. Paid $12.96 to return. I was able to get the right part from Amazon for under $30.00 plus also received an air filter and new tubing. Check Amazon before ordering anything from OrderTree.

Sent the wrong part and then make you pay postage to return it, I brought from them thinking they were Lowe's and I could take it back there.
Rip off and never use them again, absolute con riding the back of Lowe's name. Steer clear.

If you order a small part from this company you will most likely never receive it. They use UPS (brown vans) for their delivery. UPS don't deliver small packets to your home, they drop them off at the local post office. So now your packet will be delivered by your local mail person. But the UPS person will stick a large label over your address, so now the mail person can't read your address! So the post office will return your packet back to the sender! Then they just open it up & restock it. When you try to call OrderTree; which never seems to answer your calls after you email them to ask for your refund, they say to you "When we receive the item back, we will issue your refund". But they have already received your returned item from the post office. How do I know this you ask? (I know because I checked with Post Office & they gave me their tracking number) but your address is covered over (by the great big label)! So they don't know who the returned item or who it is from? I would like to point out, the shipping cost is more than what the item cost! The item I purchased was a little piece of plastic that my lawn mower can't work without. If they use the post office in the first place all would be okay. I guess that's too much trouble. In the mean time, they are making a nice little profit on returned items that their customers never receive.

Ordered a deck belt not a drive belt for my Cub Cadet XT1 with a 46in deck also ordered deck brake pads. The belt showed up in the first box but no pads. I waited a few days maybe the pass were taking longer, nope no pads. Called them and they said they were shipped with the belt. They were not in my box, so they sent another set. Got the pads put on then I went to put the belt on wrong belt 42in belt no fit on 46in deck hmmm wonder why. So I called them back again... They told me I have them the wrong numbers, wrong answer again my doing receipt even says I have you the correct model number your customer service people just dumb. So now the representative says they sent the right drive belt I said no you didn't I looked it up on Cub Cadet website and that belly is not compatible with my mower at all. She says to me well we need to send this one back and the new one will be another 25 dollars more. Nope not happening absolutely horrible experience yes I'm going to send the DECK belt for the 42in mower back and get refunded but I will never be freaking with your crap company again. My recommendation just go to where you bought the mower from and see if they have replacement parts this company SUCKS don't use them.

Customer service representative misunderstood the part and shipped wrong part. We reordered correct part, paid to ship original part back and only received a partial refund. Will be our last time with order tree!
Ordered carb, filters, and plug for a Briggs & Stratton engine. I took over a month to get the parts, except the spark plug which is still on back order going on two months. The carb was over priced. The shipping took forever.
Will try another company next time with better prices and faster shipping. I would not order from this company again, unless it was the only option.
Ordered standby generstor kit during covid lockdown. Knew i was overpaying by 40% over last kit I ordered on line but was stuck at home. Then they go cheap with cconventional oil, not synthetic. Went out and purchased synthetic when stores opened. Added cost. Will never use them again!
I ordered 4 new spark plugs and found that one was used. I called for a replacement and was told that I was beyond the 10-day return period. With Covid, etc., that response is ridiculous. I'll never buy from them again and I suggest that you don't either.
Called customer service line. I am waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting,waiting, waiting, (get the picture?)
After 37 minutes I gave up. Will seek to purchase parts somewhere else.

I saw a bunch of negative reviews which almost steered me away from using this site. So, I feel compelled to share my positive story. I ended up ordering from ordertree because they appeared to be a good price and appeared to be the Greenworks supplier. I needed a new electric motor for my Greenworks Twinforce lawn mower. I found the new motor on the ordertree website and ordered it. I had no issues with the order order process. The deliver was timely and the replacement motor was a good price.
I am so mad at these people. My house burned down in a wildfire. Im stuck in a field in the heat on a generator. A CO2 module went out. Stops the gen from running and making power. I ordered the thing first thing tuesday morning and needed it overnighted. They promissed it would be here 9 to 9:30 am. Paid a lot extra for that. The place it was suppose to be delivered is now an hour from me. 2 hour round trip. I was there at 10am. No part. I called them, they said yea sorry we did it some cheaper overnight and it should be there by 7pm. I drove back there in the evening and nothing. 4 hours of driving and a half tankof gas and an extra $50 for shipping and no part. I call them the next day and they opened a case with UPS and told me they would ship another. They did not do that. They now say we have to resolve this with UPS first. So I sit with no power, in the dirt, broke and pissed off with no idea when they will take care of this. I dont need this crap and they wont return my money so I can do something else. I know half the problem is them and half is UPS but the fact that they would rather leave me screwed then help has me furious.
6 weeks to get a pressure washer pump,,,,, tried to send it back,, gal in customer service was a fricken $#*!,, i had to pay to ship it back and a 20% stocking fee,,,, BULL$#*!! When ordering over the phone, they DO NOT let you know the return policy. Part cannot be returned if installed, but is an incorrect part. Customer Service is horrible... will not let you speak to supervisor or give you anyone else to speak with. Tyler (customer service) ended our conversation with "enjoy your pump"... the one I am trying to return because it is the wrong part... mean and sarcastic don't you think? If I could give a 0... I would! Worse customer service than any I have encountered
Thought Ordertree.com was part of Lowes. It is not! We learned the hard way that a wrong Greenworks lawn mower part we ordered could not be returned to our local Lowe's store. Lowe's in-store customer service (who never heard of Ordertree/Lowe's) called Ordertree on our behalf and was on hold for over 1/2 hour and once finally connected got hung up on several times. After lots of researching Lowe's in-house customer service found a return form that needed to be filled out electronically to get a return approval #. We went home and filled out the form thoroughly but kept getting an error message. On Monday we tried calling Ordertree.com customer service for assistance and experienced the same long hold time as our Lowe's store did and also got hung up on. It's clear Ordertree.com makes it as difficult as possible to do a return or even speak to anyone for help. Now learning there is a restock fee, plus no refund for shipping and then the extra expense for return shipping cost (if they ever answer the phone) we will just keep it and take the loss... of course itsc clear that is what they are hoping for! Don't make the same mistake we did and know what you are getting into!
As the only source of the greenworks parts I needed, I placed an order for a ring and washer for my chainsaw, as well as for a battery. (80v, total order, $460)
After 3 months of no delivery, I contacted them to figure out why my package never arrived, and they sent a form reply apologizing for never sending me my order information. Regardless, 4 months later, the order hasn't arrived, and when I contacted them again telling them USPS and UPS can't track the package and instructed me to contact them, I once again got that same form reply e-mail. Maybe all e-mails they receive just spit out that form reply. They also for no specified reason failed to include the battery on the invoice, so that doesn't appear to be something they've even attempted to send me.
These people are criminal and useless... this'll be a one way trip for your hard earned $$.
Unbelievable... Just like the rest of the reviews here, I was under the impression that OrderTree was part of Lowes. IT IS NOT! Just a complete rip off. I traveled 20 miles to the nearest Lowes, only to find out I could not return it. Then I spent hours just trying to find the number of this RIPOFF ORDERTREE! I ordered a handle for a Greenworks mower and ended up with the wrong part, even though I ordered THE CORRECT PART! But, being that I ordered from OrderTree, it was ALL MY FAULT and I have to pay all of their RIPOFF restocking fees! WHAT CROOKS!
Ordered part with hardware online, shipped rather quickly but arrived with just the part not the hardware to attach the part. Called to speak with customer service, held for 15 minutes, finally a woman who clearly hates her job picked up the phone. Absolutely no energy or care for customer service. I explained my problem and was told "hold", so back to the horrible hold music for 5 minutes then dial tone... I have now called back and now on hold going on 13 minutes... Finally someone picked up again. Well after 12 minutes of waiting all they can do is give me the phone number of the manufacturer. Are you kidding me! I will never purchase from them again!
Gosh, I wish I had've looked at the site before this happened. Well, I lost my gas cap on my Troybilt mower. I called *******721 and they did not have part. They gave me *******500 to call And surprisingly they had the part. I remember there was an issue with charge cards and unsure exactly what happened. Anyway I was happy I got part. It arrived quickly. However it does not fit and per website you must return in 10 days. Strange thing is that one of my charge cards had a fraudulent charge on the day this was bought. I am thinking this might be connected. When I called the 800 number on a later date, I was told that sometimes Troybilt used 3rd parties and I needed info on order. After researching accounts I found out where it was ordered.
