Jerica was so professional and was able to assist me right away. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with the steps I need to resolve my issue.

I had an issue with my shipment I sent an email and recieved a quick response. Over the next couple of weeks they stayed in touch and resolved my issue in my favor.

I had my order decline so I had called and spoke with lisbeth. She was so helpful in getting in touch with the company I ordered from and helping me solve the problem.
