You are invited to spend 30days on free OPODO PRIME PLUS account but after 30days you will be automatically charged for 60 EURO. After my complains Opodo helpdesk reached me and annual fee was returned back to my bank.account. THANK YOU Opodo!

Booked flights, didnt receive boarding passes, spent an hour on call on the way to the airport to no success, I had to pay for my flights again at the airport (stressful) Then they took out £69.99 for some membership a few days later Contacted the fraud team, they have heard many stories regarding Opodo doing this. Opodo offered me £25 back and discounted flights. Which I found amusing. Do not take the risk.

Na alle slechte reviews te lezen, had ik de hoop om mijn 3000 euro aan geannuleerde vluchten, terug te krijgen stilaan opgegeven. Maar na 1 telefoontje, na 40 min in wacht, kreeg ik een heel vriendelijke vrouw aan de lijn die mij beloofde het geld zo snel mogelijk terug te storten. En inderdaad na 9 dagen, was de laatste cent terug op mijn creditcard gestort... dus ik begrijp niet vanwaar al die slechte reacties

Booked a flight online with Opodo, received confirmation of the booking then 2 hours later receive an email saying the booking had been cancelled by their 'internal' system due to suspected fraudulent activity. Telephoned and made exact same booking again and lo and behold, booking cancelled again by Opodo. Phoned and reached an alleged 'customer service representative' who, when I asked to speak to a supervisor said they 'didn't have time to take this kind of call.' Booked directly, spent less-don't bother with Opodo.
