I ordered something from OO (*******) 9 days ago, yesterday I was advised it was never shipped. I was advised via an automated message my order would be shipped today and would take a further 7 days. I requested a refund which still has not been processed. No product - No refund - No Service = Scam
I was vary of this site but I read reviews and seemed legit. I bought an Xbox one Elite controller on 19th Jan and it's been 7 weeks and still have not received it. I get the same generic answer that it's awaiting delivery from warehouse but not ETA. They won't cancel my order and won't give me a refund. It's such a fraud, take the money and don't deliver.if I don't receive a refund I'll be contacting my bank and department of fair trading. Avoid this site by any means!

Oo.com.au will always try to provide the best service to its customers. For the very few times when the item received did not meet description or if delivery was delayed, oo.com.au tried to keep me happy by issuing a small credit for my next purchase or by fixing the order. Their response time to messages is also quite quick. Keep up the good work!

Mostly the experience is good, had a return once and found no complication, then one thing i ordered for christmas was out of stock, ordered something else instead and it wont arrive until after xmas but on the whole pretty good..

Ordered an item and paid on 9/12/16 which was marked as being delivered well before Xmas day and now find that its still in NSW and will, get here 28/12/16, Wrong not happy at all. Watch for the excuses now. Lucky to get one star.
