Horrible service
August 14, 2020

My package has been delayed since last Saturday, it's Friday. Everyday it gets delayed. I've emailed to find out what happend to my package because I seen there hasn't been movement since Saturday but I got no explanation!? I'm furious

Ontrac is the worse carrier service for any company to use to deliver for them. They steal packages update their tracking system that it was delivered knowing they stole it or delivered it in space somewhere. You go to the company you ordered from trying to get a refund because you really didn't get your package(s), the company will give you a hard time before they will give you a refund because Ontrac put lies on their tracking system. Companies stop using this carrier. This carrier is the worse. Please listen to your customers they are telling you what this company is doing to your customers packages. Stop using Ontrac they are stealing like crazy. They are delivering so many packages to incorrect addresses. This is not fair to us as customers. Stop using Ontrac please.

Horrible
December 11, 2019

I've been waiting for 3 days to receive my order that I had overnight delivery. The tracker says it arrived 2 days ago in my city. I tried to contact customer service and the number is invalid. I tried to email and they said they would respond asap. It's been almost 2days. Terrible system

Package was left on a dirt ledge, at the front gate of the building, for all to see. Glad it wasn't stolen. Every other company I use (Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx) manages to put my packages by my front door, clean and out of sight. I suggest not using ontrac.

Delivery problem
October 23, 2023

First time experience: It said my package is delivered, but I couldn't find it.
Second time: there is more than 3 days delay, with no explanation to receive time, and no one is accepting this responsibility. There is not any clear answer from their customer service.

If you want to not receive your package, ontrac is the way to go. Call, they will make it sound like they are helping, but they won't help. For extra fun, spend hundreds on an order, pay for expedited shipping, cringe when you see ontrac is delivering it, to not get it, call and get the runaround, and blamed for not receiving it. Top of the line.

Placed order with Macy's in store on 4/2/2022. I received notification from OnTrac that it would be delivered on 4/5. I thought that was great and fast, but then it was delayed every day since. I can understand one day, things happen. I'm ok with that, but multiple dalays, really! 'm sitting here right now waiting on 4/8 for my package that they keep delaying. OnTrack has HORRIBLE reviews and has been on the news for how bad their service is. I just don't understand how a company like Macy's can use a service like this that does not deliver. I ordered something from Macy's weeks prior to this order and it was delivered via FEDEX, which was great. I will not order again at Macy's if this is the service they are going to choose, Macy; s please listen... do not use OnTrac... it will destroy you... HORRIBLE!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I was supposed to receive a package on July 26th but instead, my package was delayed every day after that for 6 days straight until I received notice that it was "delivered" on the 26th. It was NEVER delivered and all the agent said was to reach out to the seller to dispute the issue. When will companies learn to stop using this organization?

I was supposed to receive my package on Monday 07-24-23. I received a text message from OnTrac, stating attempted delivery but package was not delivered because the driver needs an access code to complete delivery. Received another text from OnTrac on Tuesday 07-25-23, stating that the driver did not leave the package due to a security concern and that a signature is needed to complete the delivery. I live in a single residence. No need for an access code for the driver to leave the package on the porch. We were home on Tuesday to received and signed for the package. This is NOT the first time this company has delivered packages to my residence. Message OnTrac customer service twice, and up to writing this review, still no response. There telephone number is useless.

How can a package ordered on 8/19, and received in OnTrac Desoto Tx on 8/22 and out for delivery on 8/23 never make it to my home 30 mins from the shipping location? Delayed for 9 days, each day out for deliver and then delayed. Then on 8/31 is says delivered and a package was never delivered. All Ring cameras show and I have 4, that not one On Trac truck or delivery was made. How can Fanatics contract with companies like this? Baffles me.

For whatever reason somebody at on track takes a big black permanent marker and writes a different address on my packages at which point they then get delivered to the different address even though the correct address is on the f****** label

Botched deliverys
October 5, 2023

I had a package delivered to the wrong apartment. Could not recover it. Had reshipment it too was given to the wrong address with a signature that's not mine. Now I'm out money do to thier driver's not being smart enough to be sure where the packages are going. Be ware if you use this company

Amazon prime package not here by 8:00pm. Who knows if it will ever arrive. Always call amazon customer service and complain and ask for compensation. They'll give you a free month extension on your prime. If item still not delivered by next morning, demand new items be reshipped overnight for free. If everyone would do this, amazon would be forced to stop using ontrac.

Put in held, then pending

Expected my package to arrive a few days ago, but then ontrac decided to hold my package. After submitting an inquiry, they then put the package in pending, but no sign of it after. Will work to never use ontrac again after this experience.

They say my package was out for delivery around 12:00 p.m. waited all the way until 9:00 p.m. at the last minute they said they attempted to deliver and I was not home they never attempted I was outside the entire time worst delivery service ever.

Ontrac is the worst delivery company, I would not recommend, them or their services for any businesses. I've ordered tires from Tire Rack and every time theyve used Ontrac for their delivery service. I ordered a pair of tires a couple years ago, they delivered one Tire one day and delivered the other a day or 2 later. When I bought them in a pair.

Do not use Ontrac for your delivery service.

My package is already 5 days late and has been sitting at their facility in Buckeye, AZ according to the tracking info. Last time a vendor used them to deliver my package they dropped it off at the nearest USPS. I had to drive 20 miles to get my package. They are worthless! FedEx and USPS never have an issue delivering to me

I ordered two items from a store and they came in 2 separate packages, one from fedex and one from ontrac. The fedex package was placed on my lawn but when the ontrac one came the courier used a slingshot to shoot it onto my second story balcony... it slammed against the window so hard when I heard it I thought a car got hit outside only to look out and see my package on my balcony and the courier walking away with the slingshot around his neck. Thankfully the package o my container clothes and the window was not damaged but it was a WILD experience to say the least.
