" ON TIME" delivery? What a joke! My package was supposed to be delivered on Dec 19th and I have been getting delays after delays. Don't try to call unless you have the time to sit on the phone for over an hour waiting just to be told another deliver date that wont ever take place! OnTrac, get someone new to run your business properly because whoever is doing it now SUCKS!
I am either living in an alternate reality, or everyone else is. I am always happy when I see on-trac delivery, as I know I will get my merchandise really fast. Yesterday, I ordered from i-herb, late morning (July 3rd). It was scheduled to arrive here either Monday or Tuesday, July 6 or 7. I heard a noise at my front door, looked and there is my package, on the fourth of July, 10:45 AM. You can't get better than that. So am I alone getting this kind of service? Neither Fedex nor UPS does this. And On-trac boxes are clean, many packages I get from other carriers are filthy. Forget about the post office, a total disgrace. The trucks are also unmarked. Is someone trying to sabotage this delivery carrier. Seems like it to me.
These people are absolutely unreliable and extremely disrespectful. They have been days late constantly for every package they're supposed to deliver. And not only that, but they have damaged packagings, shipped to completely wrong addresses, or just lost the package. We were told a package was delivered to our house but it was absolutely nowhere to be found. We checked our ring cameras and everything and they didn't even deliver to anywhere on the whole entire street! Then when contacting customer service, they made it clear they had no intention to search or track the shipment and refused to resend a new one and didn't even offer a full refund of all that we spent. Which was 60 dollars plus shipping! Avoid this company at all costs. They're unreliable and lazy.
I order a lot of supplements. I was using a co. That uses OnTrac. I placed an order in Oct. That I've never received. The driver lied, said I signed. Not possible because I have delivered to my building mgr. I requested an investigation, never heard from them. The co. I ordered from is just as bad. I switched supplement companies, rec'd 1order, placed another 1 on 12/8. Discovered they use OnTrac too! Delivery attempt made 12/9, after managers hours.
My tracking info says "in transit". Impossible to reach OnTrac. "Having difficulties due to Black Friday and weather", I called them for the 4th time today (12/16)- 100 min wait. The company I

Why every time I order something from Amazon when I see it's passed down to another carrier it is days late or never shows up. And some of these thugs that delivers for on trac looks like someone that has been a Trump follower or in prison. I have total surveillance 24/7 around my house and when they deliver they will not ring your doorbell, instead they will place the package so far from the front door and run. Someone please tell me why. I personally think they only hire crooks just so they don't have to pay them that much. Crooks out of prison will work for peanuts. Glad I was never one of those drug loosers. Amazon needs to get rid of these jail house criminals.
I received an email delivery notice, and in moments went to the webpage and requested a do not deliver. It is offered right on their webpage. Noted that I didn't order from this company and the company won't take returns. It had just gotten picked up at the seller when I put the request in. Over a week later it shows up. For over 2 weeks I have been trying to get them to come pickup their mistake. No one will call, there is no phone number to call them, no drop off or any actual building to speak of and they are making up excuses, why it was delivered. Saying they did get my nonfiction until after it was delivered. Straight up lie. They will not make right on their mistake. UPS, Fed Ex and USPS are all 100 times better than this shady, back alley business. Good luck if you ever are crazy enough to use this company! I have no proof of purchase to attach because I did not order anything.
Ordered a desk for work needed it asap. Suppose to be delivered on 7/18 and reached out to no avail called again today 7/26 and they officially marked it as missing. Asked how is it missing for over a week when it was on the delivery truck no answer. Said I wanted to file a complaint they told me I had to go to where I purchased it and ask for a refund which I tried but seller said I had to wait for my package what package there Is no package out lots of money and no answeres I very angry
Horrible service horrible! My package hasn't left the warehouse in a week they can't make it to my home so I used another address and they still haven't delivered it they don't respond to emails and phone number for customer service is horrible can't even get three!
They are absolutely horrible. Says the package was delivered, 20min later I go to get, no package. I've talked to a representative and they literally said, as long as the driver's gps shows they were at location there is nothing they will do. So they can steal your stuff and no repercussions whatsoever. The merchant basically has to eat it due to ontracs horrible service. How they are still allowed to operate is beyond my comprehension. I will never use them again. I stopped using merchants that use them. It's sad, but what choice do I have. Ontrac, if you read this, please close your "business", you are costing legit businesses money and customers. You are truly horrible people
I waited eight days for this slow delivery service the item was supposed to be here yesterday mind you it is way past the point it states. There is some automated message and no way to get a hold of customer service. I am starting to think this is some scam delivery service.
Never got package, called them, it was a 48 minute wait. So I emailed them with tracking number etc, asking "where is my package" and never got a response. Walmart resented my package through Fed Ex got it in 2 days. Companies in general should avoid them.
I have had on trac to deliver my packages and they are always late. When you report the problem to the on trac staff by computer, the packages still arrive about 5 days later. I hope on trac goes out of business and lets ups take over.
I ordered a package that was shipped through OnTrack. The delivery driver did not follow instructions and left my package outside a closed business by the front door. The delivery location is on a very busy street in a busy neighborhood where there is lots of foot traffic. I had specific delivery instructions that the driver blatantly ignored. Who in their right mind would leave a package on the sidewalk at the city hub?! Completely dissatisfied and VERY angry!
I had ordered a couple of things from Sephora, cool right, I'm at home all day waiting for my packages to be delivered as it was said. No one came through to leave the packages, they did this two times. They had delivered my other package at a different house, and then again today they delivered the other half of my order to a different home. And they keep saying it was delivered, like no. It wasn't I was home all day and no body came through. They need to shut down...
My package was suppose to be delivered on the 16th. Then delayed. Out for delivery the 19th. All of a sudden today it say delivered. Um nope nothing. I had ordered gifts for my kids through Hot Topic they split my package into 3 packages a used UPS for 2 of them received those no problem but Ontrac is absolutely the worst ever. Luckily Hot Topic is great and refunded me the items that Ontrac either stole or randomly lost. But I seriously can not wrap my head around the fact that this business is still in business.
First, this was the most unreliable shipping company before Covid-19 and now they are even worse. Never mind the fact that deliveries are never on time and those that are paid as expedited or even over night show up days late. I'm currently waiting for a shipment that was expected 3 days ago and it was shipped from a warehouse less than 50 miles away from my home! If their drivers aren't quite able to locate the address do they call the customer? NO. They freaking threw my package over my back wall, 6 feet high no less, into my backyard where the dogs found it before we did, and marked it as delivered to the front door!
The worst delivery service. As I mostly buy everything one line I've delt with all kinds of delivery issues. The company is the worst. I don't know where they find their drivers. Ex-cons I suppose. Says delivery left a front door. Being we were home we knew it was. Photo shows package left at our mailbox that is along a road 1/8 mile down our driveway. Went to retrieve the package minutes after delivery photo was take and it wasn't there. Drive definitely took a pic of said package and then picked it up.and kept it! Zero customer service! ZERO! If I ever find out this will be the delivery service I'll buy what I'm looking for elsewhere! NOT TRUSTWORTHY
Never received my package after it said delivered. Got a ring camera and there was no attempt of them trying to deliver my package. It was part of my son Christmas and he was upset. They refuse to refund me and denied my claim saying there was nothing more they could do.
Guys, as affordable *******@SHEIN_Official is, the headache isn't worth it. Lesson well learned. As consumer, we do have a choice on where we're spending our money. I try to speak to them to no avail. My package was never received by me. I wouldn't go through the trouble of filing A police report just because that's something to do. I offered to give the police report as proof that I am not lying. 2 neighbors have said that they have seen *******@OnTrac_Shipping driver take the package with them. Am I getting a refund? Nope. The money spent isn't much but Being told that "they no longer can entertain this" is upsetting. From now on, any company that *******@OnTrac_Shipping won't get my business. I think that is the only way to hold them accountable.
This has got to be the biggest sorry $#*! delivery service ever, and the people investigating complaints on delivers are a poor excuse as far as investigating they won't say sorry your right your package was delivered to the wrong address or it wasn't delivered at all. I think they are a scam of a business, and they are getting away with stealing people's packages.

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
