My package has been attempted delivery for a week because the driver cannot find my address because they say it is incomplete even though I get stuff sent all the time to this address which is fully complete. I have tried contacting the help center and opened many cases to further clarify my correct address but no one seems to be sending my information over to the driver, and if they did I guess they are just lazy and don't want to find my apartment in a large complex. I wished the company I bought my item from didn't ship it to Ontrac because these people never do their job right.
This shipping carrier has no customer service agents and no real time tracking Marked package as delivered and no picture. I'm home and package was not delivered. Companies should not use this carrier for shipping! Do better Zero stars
They kept delaying the delivery of my package. When I reached out, they marked my package as undeliverable and said package is missing. Companies like banana republic should not be doing business with Ontrac. Terrible!
My order was delivered with pictures an all but not to my door but delivered to the lobby of My building just sitting there,I don't live in the lobby,wasn't you supposed to bring the package to my apartment door atleast,An yes my things was stolen.This had me so heated...My building is under construction so it looks bad but yeah this company has to do better.
I love to buy from Nordstrom rack and ordered online but even though I love the rack I will never again order online due to there worst delivery service ever! They steal your package my first Christmas and it was stolen I can't believe people actually hire them for services if they steal your packages I am so upset would like to give the a zero but can't on this platform

Do not use them there's no way to contact a living human being even when you ask them for one. My package was supposed to be delivered today and because they couldn't get into the building instead of dropping it in between the doors. Now I have no idea when my package will arrive because they refuse to talk to me.
Whenever I see Ontrac will be delivering my package I know it will be coming late. I don't know how they stay in business with all the other options available.
3rd package they didn't deliver to my address even tho tracking shows otherwise. Customer service is useless, time sensitive items that were lost, I refuse to order from Best Buy and hobby lobby since seems like is their preferred delivery service, companies need to ban the service is a waste of time for customers.
Let me start by saying we are all human and mistakes.
But one of the things that I have found is that people in the recruiting/hiring positions sometimes forget that they are representing their company to potential or even current customers and at minimum still are trying to sell their company to the applicants that they are talking to.
I applied with OnTrac earlier this month. I don't need a job but wanted to see what else was out there.
I received a text from an Alex asking if a Friday at 10:30 was a good time for a phone interview. I said yes but then said that was maybe too late and asked how long it would take. He said 10-15 minutes and I said it may work then. I had to be at work at 11.
He calls Friday about 7 minutes late and asks if it is still a good time. I said as long as it is about 10 minutes long.
He says that won't be enough time to finish the conversation and asks 3 general questions about pay rate, availability, and driver's license I think. Says he will have his associate Brittany call me Monday.
Brittany never calls and so I had decided screw it as it was going to be a 6 day work week for essentially the same pay that I was making. Maybe another 18 bucks a week more.
Today I get an email, oddly from a Brittany, saying they had reviewed my application and was going with someone who more matched what they were looking for and invited me to peruse other career options.
I'm sorry "Brittany" but I won't be doing that. When you can't keep or honor your appointments, then I don't see any reason to work for you. If I was 7 minutes late to an interview I maybe would have lost the opportunity. If I had one scheduled and didn't show with no explanation or attempt to contact I definitely would.
It's no wonder they have such bad reviews if these are the people working for them.
Apparently they can drop a package off wherever they want and call it successful. They refuse to do anything about a package and you can't get anyone on the phone! They should be put out of business
Most terrible service ive ever seen in my life very rude customer service also, i unfortunately had to experience them because of a seller.
And I thought USPS was bad! Ontrac won the contest by a mile!
Got the dreaded "we need more information to deliver your package". After several attempts I was able to reach someone on the chat, and after she verified the address, I simply asked why wasn't the package delivered if they already had all the information. At the response that they needed more information, I added the following instructions: "Park vehicle, take out the package, walk to the front door, place the package down slowly, take selfie with the package and leave." And that's when she left the chat...
This has to be the most ridiculous company in the world! How do they even exist? I placed an order on 10/17 and I received email that order was shipped via lasership/ontrac with a delivery date of 10/20. I was home ALL DAY in an apartment building when I received a message that the "business was closed." This is an apartment building with ~70 residents that is open 24/7 via a call box/intercom system. The instructions on how to use the call box are taped to the wall. I NEVER received notification from the delivery driver. I then received an email that delivery would be attempted again on Sunday—no package arrived. Another email of attempted delivery for Monday—all day I received NOTHING until 7:32 pm when I received a message that my package was delivered outside the front door. I IMMEDIATELY went down stairs, all the way outside the building and looked everywhere then walked down the sidewalk to the other side entrance doors and THERE WAS NO PACKAGE ANYWHERE? So where the hell is my package? I've talked to lasership/ontrac and the seller of the product since Friday and up till today 10/22 and everyone assured me I would receive my package. Now that it says it was delivered (I believe it was stolen) I probably won't hear from this raggedy company that needs to be shut down. This is NOT my first time dealing with this company either (it was a MESS) that time too. From here on out, if a company is using lasership/ontrac, I will NOT be ordering!
First time experience: It said my package is delivered, but I couldn't find it.
Second time: there is more than 3 days delay, with no explanation to receive time, and no one is accepting this responsibility. There is not any clear answer from their customer service.
I ordered my daughters bday gifts from Temu and the package never arrived. When I attempt to contact OnTrac, there is no way to speak to a real person. Everything is through chat or text message. They said will open an investigation on the package and in 2 days I will get a response. After a few hours I got a message that my package was delivered to my front door. No package in my front door. Contacted again, to get the same response of 2 days for an investigation. 2 days passed and no response. I had to text again and I was told the same 2 days answer.
I got my refund from Temu. However, no package, response or my child's bday gifts.
This company is dishonest and does not care a bit about their costumers.

I have never worked with such a poorly run company. Their lazy driver couldn't be bothered to try the door to my business, so he marked my package as "Undeliverable: Business Closed". I guess all the lights on and the people inside was just too confusing for their lazy and unprofessional driver to handle!
If I could give this company -15 stars I would! For starters they claimed that they tried to deliver my package on the 13th of Oct! Never got it! They claimed that they needed an access code for my gate(I don't have a gate). I've tried to contact them numerous amount of times, with no luck. Finally, after 7 days I get in contact with multiple reps, that kept telling me they needed a code for the gate. THERE IS NO GATE! It is currently Oct 21 and still no package! I've emailed them a numerous amount of times with the same response. Saying sorry for your inconvenience. Finally someone calls me after I made such a fuss and they told me my package is lost. Horrible horrible horrible company.
Today I received my package that was delivered from on trac. And unfortunately it was open! I had no missing items but I still don't understand why it was open in the corner. It made me upset knowing someone possibly looked inside my package.
Terrible service! They lose parcels and boxes and then they say they delivered them. Absolute swindlers. Zero star!

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
