Ordered two weeks ago and nothing. They keep telling me it will be delivered soon. But no results so far.
This was second order, went perfect like the first. This was for plastic. Everything about the whole process is easy and happens properly. Like it!

UPS botched my original delivery. When I called online metals, I received caring attention and an immediate resolution to ship it back immediately and receive it next day. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Compared to picking up at your old location in Ballard the new location is very inconvenient for me.

We normally have a good experience but this time the 3pcs of 12' aluminum flat bars were bent at the ends to make it into the truck? Why did they bend them?

I ordered two items. For one item, I ordered two 8' bars and they came in two separate heat lots with two separate material certs. Did they not have one lot to offer?
For the second item, I ordered 50 bars 8' long and most of the bars have surface roughness to them as if the material was dragged along a floor or rough surface. We will need to buff up these bars to use them.
