Websites such as yours who gouge consumers with outrageous fees are really disgusting, but more often than not, we are forced to use them anyway.

Why does the ticket printed quote a total price of $63.35 and my cost was $114.00+ change. Still coming but just wondering feel kind of scalped over the net. Peace out

Its crazy how only option is a electronic download and all additional charges. I would rather go to the box office and buy my tickets.

The website was an OKAY experience but your convenience fees are ridiculously high! I shouldn't have to pay that much extra just for the convenience of buying online instead of going to Blossom. If you're going to screw me over for something so stupid you should at least do it once and not for each and every ticket. I bought the tickets together and you charged me a convince for both!? Come on!

Site works well but the fees are ridiculous. If i didn't already promise my fiance i would not have gone because of it.

Prices are listed much lower than other sites, but they gouge you with fees at checkout. I bought tickets that were over double the listed price from the venue. Then I ended up paying 47.50 in fees per ticket. Will not be buying tickets from here again.

I would not recommend going through this venue unless you want to pay a big price for the worst seats in the arena

I ordered 3 tickets at 360 Formula One for 30 seconds to Mars, they were worth $11 each, total was $50. Really?

This reseller site adds on HUGE fees without notice straight to your credit card! Beware. They will not give you a purchase total until after you hit the purchase button. Then, when you call them to explain that you would never agree to such high fee they tell you in a recording that there are no refunds.

Ok, they had one price on line and charged me almost $200 more than what my total was supposed to be.

Shocked at the fees that don't show up until the transaction is almost complete. Over $60 in "service fees" per ticket?

Convenience fee $7? Admin Fee $46? Not cool to charge arbitrary fees without explanation. This is the main reason I don't go to concerts anymore, companies like this one. Keep it up cause I'm righting my congress person about your veiled charges.

Instead of being charged for downloading, I thought I could have them mailed to the home as one reviewer had said. But it was never an option, how come?

Yes, fees were outrageous but really wanted to see this show. And they make you enter 100 characters for a review so i'm just trying to fill this up.

This company includes crazy hidden fees. $50 service charge per ticket. Bait and switch on the price. I would not do this again if I didn't absolutely have to.

Fees were high, but it was pretty easy to use.

On a positive note, the tickets were easy to order and came quickly. However, the pricing is extremely confusing and HIGH! You were selling 4 tickets lower level for $60 each, but with all the extra charges, I had to pay $328.15! Then, when I received the tickets, it says on them they were only $40 a piece! So the tickets were really $160, but I am paying about $168 more with charges! I just hope these seats are GREAT!

After selecting my tickets I found that there were over 30 additional dollars in fee's and services. Which with all due respect is a bit excess in my opinion considering that the tickets by themselves were $33x2, with a $10.95 service charge per ticket and then a handling fee of $7.50 for downloading them (which by the way was the only option offered by the company). Other than their pricing model I have not yet attended the game. I can say to anyone considering to purchase tickets be prepared to pay extra. I will not buy from this company again.

I ordered tickets and opted for the overnight($24.95) so I could surprise my hubby. It didn't say ANYWHERE that I could see they consider "overnight " as when the tickets get to UPS, not when you order. I got my tickets 4 days after ordering them. I don't know about you but overnight is the next day delivery not 4 days later. They refuse to refund my 4 day "overnight " fee. Hope they enjoy their Starbucks lattes on me with suckering me out of that one!

Frank was awesome BUT I had questions and NEVER could get back to anyone there. I am so frightful that I don't have them or won't get them. If someone can please get back to me and let me know that all is good. He just gave me the row not the section or the seat numbers
