Its little different than other resale agencies, because seats assignments are not available until couple days before the events. Im sure it will work out fine? Told tickets purchased on same transaction will be seated together. Taking little ones, so it was a bit of concern. Answer to my satisfaction!

I compared your offering of seats to another website that I normally use - and they only offered floor seating. I wanted to be in the upper level to be able to actually see the stage from the middle of the auditorium. I am pleased that I got the front row in the middle and at a good price! Thank you - and I also purchased the ticket insurance that was not available from the other website. So I feel very comfortable with my purchase.

Quick and easy process. I like the fact that they send an instant e-mail confirming that you have received your electronic tickets, and provide a way to respond if there is an issue. I had no issue, and it worked seamlessly. Also, we all don't like add-on or additional charges, but these were reasonable; not exorbitant like some other ticket brokers (yes, you StubHub and Ticketmaster). So, I like this group. Better, for sure.

Every time I have called, I have been very impressed with the helpfulness of the customer service representatives and this last one was no different! What a nice change from so many places where you get a hold of someone who just wants to get you off the phone! I have never felt rushed or made to act like I had too many questions! So I bought these tickets on a complete impulse buy! I saw an ad on Facebook for the show and thought for sure there wouldnt be any tickets left, especially since its so close to the date of the show! But to my surprise I was able to buy very affordable floor seat tickets! $43.00 Each! Best seats in the house! Definitely looking forward to this Thursday!

I called in to purchase tickets for a concert I'm taking my granddaughter to in August. Since I haven't been to this venue I didn't know how to choose the tickets online.
