Asked for a vehicle history of one vehicle I was interested in for $1.00 was charged $18.95.
When I inquired about the charge they claimed I requested a bundle for multiple vehicles!
Total B. S. and the $18.95 would be a monthly charge on top of it!

I did NOT sign up for a subscription. I requested a vehicle history of one vehicle and was quoted $1.00 for the basic report; but was charged $18.95 on my credit card. I better not get charged a monthly fee like I heard from other users. I only wanted the report for one vehicle at the advertised price of only $1.00.

Looking for the owners name but couldn't clearly find it. The live chat offered to help and was friendly. Good price to pay to make sure a used car isn't stolen before you buy it off an individual.

I like the report. It has all the basic information that you want. It gives you comfort to know what is not there. I suspect that if something should up I would go further into an actual inspection but overall it was a good report.

Shown online that I needed to pay $1 for report. I did that since the site is a."us.org" site and I had thought it safe. They immediately charged my card for $18.95 and then sent a report that was worthless. It only had info on it that I had provided.
I filed a complaint with my credit card company and will do so with FTC & BBB also.
