Lots useful info about my vehicle i never knew about. I've this vehicle for a few years now n its been working good for me but i move to much n i lost my title that's why i came to this website.

Why was I charged 18.95? The advertising said $1.00. I'm not asking for a membership. Just a one time report.

I did not sign up for a subscription, instead I chose the $1 basic report. BUT when I received my credit card statement I had been charged $18.95 x 3 by the time I contacted customer service live chat... Thank goodness without argument I was given a refund for the charges, account was deactivated & I was given a confirmation #. Web site is deceptive & automatically signs you up for monthly charges, customer service live chat was excellent, report is basic & didnt offer much.

Seems thorough and to give the necessary history of the vehicle. Gives one a sense of security to see the complete life span of the car.

I did NOT sign up for a subscription. I requested a vehicle history of one vehicle and was quoted $1.00 for the basic report; but was charged $18.95 on my credit card. I better not get charged a monthly fee like I heard from other users. I only wanted the report for one vehicle at the advertised price of only $1.00.
