The reviewer captured the essence of what I was trying to convey to the reader. That is, providing another look at a historical figure who tried to free enslaved persons because of his religious beliefs and core values. He thought that slavery was a sin and that one person should not ‘own' another. Brown's raid of the federal arsenal at Harpers Ferry to acquire weapons to free slaves took place16 months before the Civil War began in 1861. The reader can decide whether John Brown was a domestic terrorist or a prophet who claimed that the practice of slavery would tear the nation apart.

I have seen the onlinebookclub.org advertisements on Facebook and didn't take the time to go to the site because I thought it would be another Facebook scam that pulls people in with the word "free" and then asks for your credit card number. I will gladly admit that I am wrong. Onlinebookclub.org will pay you for reading! The challenge is that you will have to submit a review following very specific guidelines. If you love to read and you are a good writer, please take the time to look at this site.

The online book club provides interesting books of different genres as well as a source of income for me. I as a student who appreciates the love Scott has shown for nerds and unemployed undergraduates, could not rate the site less than excellent!
The reviews provided by reviewers are genuine and well detailed. What more could I ask for?

OnlineBookClub.org is the best website, overall, I have come across. It is a website where you are being given a book, mostly for free, to read and write a review of it; and as well get paid for the review. It is also a great online community for writers and publishers to apply for a review of their books. There are many great opportunities in the website. It is highly user friendly. The management are sincere and strict with their rules and regulations. Just be a good member and you will get the best of the benefits therein.

Although skeptical at first, like any other person, OnlineBookClub does really what it says, it pays money for reviews but it is not a quick get rich website. Although I'm struggling with leveling up to get better-paid reviews, it still shows me opportunities to get 10$ at level 1, and the levels go up to 6. I recommend anyone interested in reading books and improving their writing to check out this website. I think I will stay a part of their review team for a long long time.

The onlinebookclub.org is a warm and exciting platform for book lovers - writers and readers alike.
Asides the option to read books and be a part of the review team, I find the different discussion forums enlightening and engaging. Then, there's the book of the day announcements, as well as forum discussions and voting on books of the month and year.
These are just to mention a few of the exciting things about my experience here. I also find the feedback on reviews quite enlightening and objective. The last few months since I joined this platform has been of immense value and development to me

I'm new to OnlineBookClub, but I am very pleased with my experience so far. There are so many opportunities on OnlineBookClub. I have never participated in forums before now, but I've found them easy to navigate and participate. It is nice to be able to share your opinions and love of books with other likeminded individuals. I have also discovered that I notice more of what is in a novel since I've been taking so many notes while reading. It's definitely a new way to read a book, but I'm retaining more. I am so thankful for this opportunity with OnlineBookClub.

I felt the reviewer did an excellent job relaying my efforts to create a truly authentic character, and the complexities of the environment. I have to take umbrage with her inability to recognize that the focus was not war "action" as such rather than the trajectory of Emma's journey through the actual, highly researched progress of the war. I did not necessarily write this for Civil War afiocionados but anyone who has a middling knowledge of the war will appreciate the nuances.
Also, I went to Amazon to read the review and it is not on the page. Please explain.

Simple and easy to do. Little nit-picky at times, but nothing outrageous. Have been doing this for 2 months and can confirm that I have been paid for every review/assignment I have completed. There is a delay between completing a review and receiving the money, but they always pay.
